I've been enjoying controlling the pitch shifter with a multisynth since 1.9.6 was released, but I never would have guessed there was a combination that allowed timestretch. And in realtime too. This is amazing.
It's truly incredible how much can be achieved with existing modules. SunVox rewards experimentation like no other music software I've used.

One thing I'm wondering is how to, when I have set up multiple samples within one sampler module, have it so it is JUST LIKE THIS the way you have shown, but is not only stuck triggering the sound located on c5, but can play the different samples set on different notes but HAVE THE PITCH STAY THE SAME THROUGHOUT EACH NOTE(EACH different sample) (as you have set up here?)
As I mentioned, this if for applying multiple samples to one sampler module, with each sample obviously on their own individual key. When set up the way you have it here ( the first part without the pitch module, just multisynth----sampler----output ). Obviously when set up this way, the multisynth is set to play c5 on every key, just different pitches, so does not accommodate multiple samples.
So I can just have multiple samples, yes, but it takes up lots of room, and also wastes perfectly good slots within just one sampler. I want to cut up a sample and have each slice on one module, and not changing pitch as I go up and down the key board, basically put :) please if someone could help me and I bet many others would be indefinitely grateful :)
Thank you so much in advance and for reading my query

This is awesome to learn but I am having a hard time understanding how this works

Most of the magic here is done by Pitch Shifter module. It takes a note as input and changes the pitch of the signal in accordance with this note.

The samplers root note is C5. He’s set the top multi synth to only output c5 no matter what note is played. The bottom multisynth receives a note signal which is passed to the pitch shifter to set the note pitch. The bottom multisynth is also connected to the top multisynth so that the sample is triggered to play.

@@EufexMusic Do you think there's a way to set it up where you can change the speed of the sample and not the pitch for each note?

You’re not making too much sense with that one :) The default behaviour for a sampler is to ‘change the playback length’ when you re-pitch inside the sampler. I’ve gotten SunVox to real-time time-stretch before but not using this method: I show it on my band page of Facebook- I’ve done it using a meta module with a pattern inside that shifts through the phase for each sample ‘grain’, so if you use more lines within the pattern and a higher bpm you can have more grains. I then used the meta module in arpeggiator mode and then you can repitch the meta externally using multi synth etc. The end result sounds the same as this method, although one advantage using the meta module with a drum loop is that it doesn’t need to match the song bpm you don’t need to repitch in the sampler (which is inside the meta module) to get the sample length to initially match the song (I.e. how you do it in an old school sampler) and you can also play different patterns inside the meta module I.e. you can chop the phase around to trigger different parts of the sample. You’ll be able to do that with this pitch shifter method as well with some application.
