I’m a 60 year old women who had a major surgery and then went into Cardiac Arrest! When I got home to rehabilitate, I started watching Jaywalking with Jay and Dave(FTB) those videos were so motivating for me! Just seeing Jay walk to get in his cardio inspired me to take baby steps! Now I’m taking it to the next level of lifting weights in the Gym! Thanks Jay!
Very happy for you! 👍 Jay walking got me going too and now I’m in great bodybuilding shape, even lost 30 pounds in 4 months! I’m staying with it like Jay is too for the first time in my life as I am now mainly only eating natural foods and low in fat foods and staying away from sugar unless it’s fruit.
It's good to see a pro's form. It's so refined and efficient. Even in how a pro golfer holds his clubs and makes a simple shot. You can tell the difference.
I’m 48 years old and have been lifting since I was 14 years old training for football. Still benching 435lbs. Keep Jay walking. I’m 2yrs away from 50. You’re Awesome J👊🏾
The way this guy interacts with the fans is absolute class personified. He has always been this way. He will always be this way. The GOAT. If the next generation is looking how to do it right…here it is.
64 here former natty pro. Glad to see my #'s are still keeping up with yours. Well mostly lol. You remind me of the guys I used to train with here in NYC at Pumping Iron Gym in the late 90's. Just friendly humble and professional
Jay, you’ve been an inspiration to me since I was in high school. I remember watching Pumping Iron my freshman year and then seeking out who the current Mr Olympia was, I couldn’t wait until the next year so I could take weight training at school as an elective. To my surprise you lived in Las Vegas too! I took weight training sophmore-senior year because I just loved getting after it. I convinced my weight training coach to play A Cut Above to our class in 2010 sometime around your last Olympia win.
I love it when you are excited and joyful Champ! You are my inspiration since you arrived on the scene, a few moons ago 😝 At 53, you got me back on track with purpose. Thank you so much for your generosity and relentless contribution to health and fitness! U rock!!!!!!
This JAY CUTLER TV is just a pure gold! Cheers from Poland! PS JAY: Maybe some workout ideas/tips/extra chest workout for someone who REALLY NEEDS to a improve the middle chest?
You were my introduction to bodybuilding 10 years ago (when i was 25). I have always trained in the gym since the age of 14, worked since 12 and spent 8 years in the army from 17. fitness has always been a big part of my life. It wasnt until a colleague introduced me to you in 2013 that i fell in love with the art of body building. To sculpt your body like out of clay as an artist would as arnold once said. The dedication to achieve a bodybuilding physique takes time, knowledge, patience and hard damn work. It irritates me when people say its all down to the anabolic chicken ;-0 that is an assist but when you take any of the other elements out of it you will struggle to see the results. I admire what you have achieved and the person you have become! What inspires me to train is to look bigger and better than i have before and when im not feeling it before the gym i put on my cutler merch watch the latest jay walking then drag my ass to the gym. I listen intensely to what ever you have to say and im always trying to learn more! Im sure this is a similar story to thousands of people! keep killing Jay!
55 and love the positivity you promote. I find myself focusing on your lift movements, like the pause at the bottom of a lift, half-inch drop into a deeper lift, then the lift movement. The lift is not full, and keeps weight on the muscle. I find myself focusing on my lifts and building my mind-muscle connections in a more meaningful and useful way. I have you to thank for this connection I struggled so many time to find. I am finding joy in lifting again! Thank you!
I started watching you cause I honestly can’t believe you are 50!! And in unbelievable shape! And seeing you still in that shape has me motivated to get back in shape. So thank you jay. Mr.O!
Jay cutler living legend in the house! Fit for 50! 💪 You've got superb technique! I'll never stop learning! Especially with your infectious enthusiasm and quality video content! Keep it up team cutler! ❤
Currently reading and following Lou Ferrigno's book personal power and bodybuilding and watching and following all your content! Making the best gains and in the best shape of my life at 34! Thanks for the motivation Jay, I'm thinking of doing my first show September 30th if I can get in good enough shape!
Long time Cutler follower since 2015. 27 yo male in the Air Force. When I first worked out I was learning form and technique as shown in your videos suggested by my workout partner all those years ago. Even got the black and purple cap Cutler shaker bottle which I still have. My big motivation is just to be in good shape and very inspired by how you train and go through everything. It’s great to see all the interactions with fans in these videos. Long time follower and fan. Keep up the great work Cutler team 👊✌️💯
Jay your videos are so motivating keep ‘em coming 💪💪💪👍👍👍 I power lifted for 30 years now I’m 66 no more power lifting but I follow your work out on your Videos my name is Alex
Being able to do incline bench press with that range of motion at the bottom and bringing the bar up so high on the chest shows what crazy shoulder /health mobility Jay has. Which given he is 50 and has been banging weights since he was a teen is absolutely insane.
Fourty years of training, that is true love for weight lifting. I met Jay twice and what an experience, mainly due to first magazines when he did all those Big Ops, later social media where you "get to know" the people that you follow. I been following Jay for many years and I know that the main focus is on Bodybuilding, however it is also interesting when we are on a Christmas market or scouting for real estate with Jay. Fit for 50 was a great idea!
It's because of your videos/dvds/magazine articles that I got into lifting. Through some dark , and good times, your material and motivation has kept me lifting. Thank you so much!
I traveled to Vegas from Florida this week to check out some of the new gyms. Trained at Fit Club Summerlin (per your recommendation), Torture, and Elev8tion this week. I will check out this EOS on my next trip.
I've been a fan of Jay since he was fighting to get his pro card! Met him the last year he competed and it was in Toronto Canada at the Easton's Centre! I turned 54 august 9th and although I have spinal issues and bad knees I still get to the gym and watching your channel helps keep me motivated! Thanks Jay!
My motivation is you jay, if you can work hard and make it in life so can I, first time I saw you was the year you were supposed to win and you looked better than everyone and they still placed you second, I was 7-8yrs old and I remembered telling my dad one day I’ll look like jay and it made my dad happy to hear that as he was a strength coach and fan of bodybuilding, he recently passed a year now and I’ve been quietly but surely training harder to make myself and him proud and hopefully you get to read this and see how much you inspire people, someone like myself who you’ve never met
Been watching u since mitz was Filming u bro!! Still u been the same person since day 1. Honest. True to the sport and just a great person. I am 44 years old and competed for 20 years now. And you been there for me since day 1 for motivation!! Thx u jay!!
Thanks Jay for letting us tag along with you. It seems like a lot of us old school guys like training in the heat keeps the body warm plus back in the day gyms didn’t have air conditioning, so just open up a window, thanks again Jay safe trips !!!! SR.
Jay was enjoying himself. I could tell his smiling and elevated mood. Exciting to train at a new gym and be energized by others who were excited to meet the champ
I’ve training real hard since we made at last year’s Mr. Olympia. I’m turning 58, so I’m trying to impress you we meet again. The Olympia is in my backyard this year, I hope to see you there.
Hi Jay, great video. Now I want to visit that gym and train there when I can afford to come to Las Vegas! When I was a teenager back in the 80's, I was a huge wrestling fan. My father when I was alive took me to see a live wrestling event back at the then called Worcester Centrum in Worcester, MA. I got to see Hulk Hogan live, in person wrestling. That moment changed me, as I wanted to look like the Hulkster. Of course, back then, I had no idea how to go about getting that physique, other than going to the gym and working out. Well through the years of training, reading books and magazines, I came across you Jay and your story, how you were from Worcester, MA. Ever since then, you have become my main motivator. Everytime I go to the gym, you're in my head, thinking about your last training video, or what you say on your Jay Walking episodes. I'm 53 years old now, train almost seven days a week at the gym. One day Jay, I hope I can meet you. Thank you for all you do for us. Keep up the great work! - Mike
So awesome seeing you take time for all your fans still after all of these years. When I first got into lifting the first bodybuilder I became a fan of was Jay Cutler!
Jay, your motivation and love for lifting starts a fire in me every time. I used to talk about the "good ol gym days" but why do they have to be the old days? Long story short, I'm back in and feel so much better. Beginnings are humbling but I still feel like I'm "back home".
My motivation in working out is about slowing down the aging process by keeping the muscles and my immune system strong this gives me energy throughout the day . Good video guys .
Jay you are to Bodybuilding like Brian Shaw is to Strongman. The Greatest. You are Motivating, your Videos are always Informative. They really help me in my Workouts. I’m 62 and getting ready to Compete again after 22 years in a Deadlift Meet. My Training is Going Great. You are definitely right age is just a number. Thanks for all that you do. 👍👍💪🇺🇸
You rock Jay, thank you again for the training, I realy appreciate the angle variences to demonstrate the correct motion required to make it work for me. Keep it coming Mr. O, us guy's in our fifties need to be in the now.
Great video like always! You are a huge inspiration. I remember 4 or 5 years ago I was going to they gym than one day I had an asthma attack and couldnt eat much lost 30ish pounds. Then I would watch jay walking and start going on the treadmill. Watch your videos and makaveli and nicandro vision of you and your come back! Now im back up 35 almost 40 pounds. You are truly a legend! Your comeback helped with mine 🙌
Welcome to the 50s club 🤙.. You're a great inspiration for us men in our 50s as you said it's only a number 💪..Amen to that brother from another mother 😂..
always love your vids you are honest and its plain to see you love a healthy body unfortunately I've busted my shoulder 3 high grade tears in rotor cuff tendon due to a work accident can't really train anymore lucky to lift a glass of water and I'm not joking please keep making motivational videos as I've thankfully got my son id love to show you his transformation its awesome note he is 6fft 4 inches he has busted his ass to be awesome I love him hope you DM
Jay, sincere thanks for your time, taking us along on your workout and for doing such a good job breaking down the various movements, hand positions and explaining them. Always leaning watching you your channel. Big fan! Thank you, Sir!
Nice gym. I've been training since I was 12 years old i'm 45 years now looking back when Dorian was Mr O , Ronnie then you and your still training hopefully i can stay injury free when i turn 50 and continue making improvements anyways keep up the good work age is just a #
I really have to say that Jay Cutler is one of the most inspiring people I have watched on UA-cam! I am not a body builder gal but I have always been into fitness and I had a major injury, fell down some stairs and broke my entire right foot off my leg and almost had to have my foot amputated, thankfully not! Since this set back I have been discouraged to work out because I can’t move they way I used to and I am getting older lol but the Jaywalking videos and watching Jay helps me stay motivated to get in the gym! Thanks Jay! 😊
Yeah your videos give me great motivation and ideas on what I'm going to do today at the gym. Plus I like the conversation. You're like a coach and that is really cool because you are world champion and that's sets you apart so to get advice from you is cool. Plus you have a good personality. I'm 66 still lifting but not everyday lately.
Been feeling sick so it’s been a pain going to the gym. Had to relax this past couple days so seeing you training is making me motivated for next week. My goal this year is to lose fat and maintain my muscles. Covid in generally has made me fat so trying to get back to where I was
Hello jay, you know what. I just came back from work & exhausted. But watch your youtube video out of sudden it's give the energy⚡🔋💪🏼for me to still get it done my workout in the 41 years of age. You're such Inspire & motivation thank you appreciate it jay, sincerely me from singapore 🇸🇬👋🏼
Aww. I loved this video, Jay! So very motivating and heartwarming. Loved seeing you stop and take pics with people in the gym. And I noticed the wide gap in ages, too. So very cool that you are relatable and known by so many people of all ages. 💖💕💕
I started watching you for tips in the gym, and from that, I have a lot of respect for you I'm 50 and I have diabetes, and from following you and your work my A1c. went from a 9.0 to a 6.0 which is wonderful so thank you for the motivation to go back into the gym.
I love the content, it motivates me so much. I’m gonna order some merch and supplements right now from your website to support you. Keep up the good work 👍💪
I watch every new video you put up. Love the content. It's motivational for me when I have a day that maybe I don't want to go to the gym. I'm very self motivated but it helps. Thanks as always Jay.
Your a great inspiration to us fifty somethings that have started back lifting. I wish you would make a trip to east Tennessee, I would love to meet you.
I've invested almost 10k on a home gym in my garage so most of my training is done alone or with my wife, so when I can take this amazing gym influencer and amazing person as yourself Jay into my gym on my big screen and have you with us on our journey is amazing and much appreciated. Thank-you jay for being here for us and passing on your knowledge and experiences. One day, hopefully, I can run into you at a gym in Vegas.
Always droppin us 💎’s Jay…… ur motivation is infectious!!!!! Appreciate all the vids. Gotta try that EOS since I’m close by. Cheers and have fun in Romania ✊✊✊
I love it. I’m 50 also and I’m trying to get back into it. But it just seems so difficult to come home after a hard day at work and work out. I wish I could figure out what to do for motivation

I started watching you for tips in the gym, and from that, I have a lot of respect for you I'm 50 and I have diabetes, and from following you and your work my A1c. went from a 9.0 to a 6.0 which is wonderful

Why not 15k. Step it up bro.
