Only for the morbidity and controversy you'll watch these videos again and again. They make it look like all that muscle comes from chicken and fish. Yeah, man... I wanna see his gear shopping.

I'm sitting here at 1.40 am with my phone, watching a 4x Mr. Olympia from ~10 years ago have a chill day shopping at a really huge Walmart, while being filmed by his friend.

Jay has a big bone structure too. I took a picture with him once at the L.A. Fit Expo and I'm 3 inches taller but his wrists and joints are really really thick comparatively. Hes a dense big boned guy.

Regardless of how much money you have, an expensive car is quite literally a huge waste of money unless it’s rare or limited. It immediately loses value, and continues to do so. I don’t really care because it’s not my money, but just proving a point

It could be 20 degrees outside and i still will sleep with a fan on and 100 degrees i will still sleep with fan on

@B B coastal areas that are already developed force them into smaller spaces and they prioritize non-perishables over perishables. Always a full liquor isle with refrigerators though.

@@BB-re6nz It's generational too. The prevalence of Super Walmarts is a relatively recent thing. When I worked at Walmart in High School (late 90s) the regular stores outnumbered the Super Centers ~8:1. Not sure what the split is now.

Jay, those filters are directional, made for airflow to travel in one direction. Make sure you install with the arrows pointing the right way. Love the vids btw.
Jay if you read this can you do a video on Bodybuilding and drinking alcohol on social events and how it affects muscle gains.
As long as you factor in calories, should be fine. Also, they do mess up the liver enzymes that aid digestion of nutrients so, you might want to have them well out of meal hours.
Everyone seems so chill in that WalMart... here in Dirty Jersey they are a zoo.... but our tools don't have locks..😂😂😂 "Wal-Mart, always low wages"
