F/Aperture : Keep as low as possible ie 2.8
Lesser the aperture, more the background blur/bokeh
ISO: keep as low as possible, for sharper image
higher the iso, more the noise/grains in the video
Shutter speed: Try keeping double or equal to the FPS you’re shooting on, for minimal flicker.
24 FPS ~ 50 shutter speed
50/60 FPS ~ 100/120 shutter speed
(keep fps at 24 for sharpest image, and least motion blur)

When you're planning to shoot at minimal focal length, and if you're sitting far from camera try to keep your aperture high like F3.5-4. Because it has a motion sensor, when you move, your camera starts hunting for focus. Ria was kinda out of focus because you guys were not at same distance. Keep your camera assist off. Also adjust the white balance accordingly. And try S-log 2 or S-log 3 (PP7 or PP8). Basically this feature shoots on grey scale, so if you want to play with colors you can do it in the post production. Also customise your keys C1, C2, C3 and C4.
Tip : Less the aperture, more the light and more Bokeh if the object is at minimum distance from the camera. If you want to shoot the podcast on the same camera, try increasing your aperture to 3.5-4.
