I agree completely agree with what Simone said about reflecting on your behaviours and seeing them in others, I used to get angry when I felt like I couldn’t control my life and lash out. thankfully I did some healing, and realised I reacted in those ways because I was spiralling ( due to an unstable home life) and now feel-so much better, but now I see this in my mum who basically does the same thing, and where before I’d get upset now I feel nothing but understanding and a little sadness. Like I can’t even get angry because I know where she’s coming from.

Try to identify what relationships are transactional in your life. True friends aren't built on "you give me a and I'll give you b". Yes you can have transactional relationships, it doesn't make you a bad person. Like business relationships are transactional, that's okay, it's consensual. But in my opinion, people should WANT to do things for you, not feel obligated. And same goes for them.
Why do I know everything she says already. But still can't implement anything , like I know everything and can learn so much from u but when it has to be done or apply on me or others the situation gets so problematic . But the fact is fact its still right what u have mentioned .
