Apartment search engines seem to interchange North Miami, North Miami Beach & Aventura (which doesn'tshow on this map). Do you know anything about comparisons & contrasts between those three areas? For instance is North Miami Beach actually on the barrier island, or inland?
The only problem is the 3 times deposit. You need at least 5 k to move to Miami.
