If I used scissors already to cut the end of the braid can I fix it with the razor to straighten the braid out?

You can use the razor comb to thin it out and make it not so blunt cut

How would you take out the knot when it's time to remove the braids? For example if the braids are in a bob style without cutting your natural hair

No. You actually don't have to blow dry it but you don't want your client to leave dripping wet either.
