  • Vintage Yosemite: The World's Most Spectacular Valley
Immortalized by photographer Ansel Adams and championed by naturalist John Muir, Yosemite is the most awe-inspiring national park of them all! Yosemite became a park on October 1, 1890. In 1855, it had about 42 tourists, but the numbers have grown and today it has about 4.3 million visitors.
In this video you'll learn about:
    Facts about Yosemite
    The Gold Rush
    The History of Yosemite
    Birds and animals
    Majestic moments of Yosemite
People come to Yosemite for recreation and some come on a pilgrimage for spiritual renewal. It spreads over the western Sierra wilderness in the state of California. It is 350 miles from Los Angeles and 193 miles from San Francisco. It encompasses 2 rivers and 429 lakes and 5 major waterfalls and trees that are the longest living things on earth.

I have watched this documentary hundreds of times in the past 25 years. It changed my life. I went to Yosemite in 1998 as a result and lived in a cave for 2 weeks. It was the best 2 weeks of my life. Thanks for the upload. My VHS video tape wore out and my DVD now skips and freezes.

Filo Lalaki Which cage did you dwell in and where is it? I too love Yosemite and I’ve been there probably 20 times. My parents first took me when I was a child and I still go even though I no longer live in CA. Check out a documentary called Valley Uprising, it’s one of my favorites!

This is the best yosemite documentry ive ever in my life seen. The only thing that sucked about this video is that it was one hour instead of three hours. I live in fresno california, 45 minutes from the main 41 entrance and 90 minutes from the tunnel you will never forget that shows you what life is. Yosemite the most beautiful place on the planet. If somebody told me they would pay for a 2 week vacation to hawaii for me and my sons or they said they would set it up so i could have 2 weeks off work and pay for my own yosemite vacation ill take yosemite hands down. Been there probably 25 or 30 times. Screw hawaii i got youtube if i want to see a drug infested crime ridden shithole with a beach and hotels everywhere. Ill take my tent and and awsome trail food anyday.

Even though I’ve been to Yosemite many times, I have still not seen it all...or all of the notable places. I want to go back again and I was there two years ago. I must get to Yellowstone as well I’ve only been once as a kid

Have you been to Yosemite in the winter? My first time was in January 2020,after a significant amount of snow fell. Just speechless of the beauty I got to witness.

32:22 Romans 1:20: For the invisible things of Him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity, that men may be without excuse.

James D Savage got attacked by natives, and he's the one that leads the war against them? Seems fishy to me.

I didn't recognize it at all, had to do a double take.
