But at the end of the day I'm actually one of those people who would rather fight through a song 50 times then have it made easy for me. having as close to the original music as possible is necessary and is actually cheating to me if tweaked as far key is concerned. but that's just me. when I said a male version I didn't mean that you guys would have to change the way you presented the music I meant it would take a very good male singer to sing it
I'm much in the same boat as you and that's kinda why I haven't pushed to do male versions - I think a good technical singer should aim to increase their range and nail higher stuff as much as possible! but there is of course a physical limit, and it does take a lot of time to develop that skill :) thanks for elaborating though.
