A look at the SINAD reading after a quick look at the receiver tuning in my Uniden Uniace 100

I got bored today, a combination of waiting for a computer to install Debian and me taking ill this morning (though I should after a sleep be fine to go out to play radio tomorrow) so to alleviate the boredom I had a look at the receiver of my project Uniden Uniace 100.
A quick recap of this radio, it came to me from a rally modified to 10-metres and the ceramic filter was missing which I initially fitted a crystal filter from a knackered Intek H-520 Plus but since swapped it to a ceramic filter from a
Harvard 420M which suffered the same fate as the Uniden but unlike the Uniden it does not work now I removed the modification).
While the signal generator is not a high quality one it does the job fine until I can afford a better one (my repairs are done on a shoestring budget), and I have to use a crib sheet to convert from dBm to microvolts
The SINAD meter itself was a worthwhile investment.
I still have a massive backlog of repairs and refurbs I need to do including the recap of a Bremi power supply which will hopefully be at some point this year as I want to use it.
