My husband is pure kwahu man so he can't live without fufu, however I have been wondering how to make the fufu powder myself but no ideas at all so I always boil the plantain b4 making my fufu. Nana after I closed from work today, I told my nephew take me to the grocery store so I can buy plantain and cassava. Its 12:25am in Canada here and I'm peeling the plantain. I also ordered 4 extra trays making it 10trays so I can make more powder. Ah Nana, Onyankropon Nhyira wo paa. Much love😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
I love this i make my with casava flour and Potato flour and blend with oats to get more fibre amd cook my fufu very cheap and healthy too when you make it yourself

Nanaaba, even fufu gets made with the Nanaaba golden touch! Even fufu! Wonderful! Really pure homemade fufu with all natural ingredients, not the store bought with questionable particles in it. My eyes were actually on that palm nut soup, what a delicious looking accompaniment. I can't wait to meet you and actually enjoy these dishes one fine day! Thank you for putting out another glorious homemade miracle. You are indeed a Pro! ❤❤❤
I have tried fufu before in the US and loved it but can't find it back home. An idea just came to my mind to make my own fufu flour since plaintain, cassava and yam are all available here. Your video makes me think this is sooo doable. I will try making it myself. Thanks a ton for the tips.

The food dehydrator is indeed time saving, back then we usually use natural sunlight to dry the plantains and cassava, which takes time to get dry properly. I love the end result of this preparation, it looks so good! Thanks for sharing with us.😍
Thanks for sharing, will check out the dehydrator. I reside in the UK and the summers are very hot. I dehydrate enough vegetables in the summer sun to last me till the next summer.
