Since the Q5 & SQ5 have electronic oil level, Audi decided not to include a standard dipstick. The flat plug for the top of the dipstick tube has a double o-ring, so removal is just pull, however, the o-rings make it a tighter fit, so twisting it during removal will make it easier. On my '21 SQ5 w/3.0T, I have the ECS Tuning dipstick as a backup for measuring oil level. I must have missed it, but was the oil filter housing o-ring replaced? It is included with the oil filter cartridge.
My BMW F30 has electronic oil level sensing also, but changes are still done through a traditional drain plug. It seems thst this is how it probably is on most new vehicles. Yes, filter ring was also replaced, it was a very quick section of the video, so probably easy to miss.

I went and bought a few of the drain plugs from the dealer for $10 each
