Shujinko should get the option to run while fully charged, and convert his half circle moves into ambushes out of the run for his full bar. I dont think he'll ever be very good without some degree of ambush moves

it’d be cool if you could steal brutalities with shujinko
Shujinko idea: make all of his moves cost half a bar of kameo meter, and then make it possible to spend a full bar of kameo meter to make those same moves be ambushes.
Bro I love seeing Shujinko win if he did not have to download people he would forsure be a top tier cameo
