Totally appreciate the video. I have HP 500 Designjet and have bee fitting all day cyan only color giving me hassle. Installed all new printheads have full cartridges. printed cyan goes dry. cleaned my brand new printhead. cyan goes dry. watching video I noticed you ,i believe purging the line from ink cartridge, i think that might help me. do you also believe this or am i going wrong direction?

Yes you are on right direction you have to Purge you iss (tube circuit)
Great videos. What if the printer has stood for a long time what solution can I use to clean the old ink. Can I use hot water?
