Kim Garam's story fits anime story.. the title would be "i was an idol for 2 weeks and i got kicked out because of bullying allegations"

The girl who accused her was the ‘bully’. The reason garam got a disciplinary hearing was because she was cussing out the girl who accused her ( after posting a pictures of garam’s friend in her underwear) and the girl who accused her was expelled.
But everyone chose to ignore the facts and believe the ‘victim’. Hybe did release this information but again people didn’t care about continued to believe the (false) accusations, and that’s why she was kicked out because hybe believed there was no more saving her career (basically they couldn’t profit off her).

U’re just missing some key points the “victim” unfortunately was NOT expelled since the school gave her a chance to volunteer to transfer which the “victim” did. That’s why in the official record that Garam shared it said that Garam received a level 5 punishment (since the “victim” reported Garam first) and the “victim” didn’t get punished. What’s made me even more mad was that the REAL victim which Garam was defending (the girl whose underwear picture was spread) also got punished) while the REAL perpetrator the “victim” Eunseo wasn’t. The “victim” (fake victim named Eunseo) after transferring school still continued her white lotus act (two faced act) by blaming Garam and asking what she (herself/ the “victim”) did wrong? Therefore making her new friends side with her and call out Garam by addeing her to their social media private group to swear at her/bad mouth her and calling Garam out along with her friends outside of school. There’s a whole bunch of things that happened between Garam and Eunseo (the “victim”) but u can read it in full if you look up Garam’s official full SVC record.

Yes. EVEN LOUDER. Winter is considered favored among the company so a lot of "MYs" don't have the feel to have a necessity to defend her. Meanwhile, for the foreign members, one color mishaps from the rest MYS would cry unfair treatment (even if some are justified)

I think people forget that Garam wanted to be an actress initially and not an idol. So it’s natural for her to go for that after the mess she had to face.
Garam voice is so ethereal ❤ they lost her beautiful voice from the group, her voice was the most prevalent when your hear their discography. (I hope she re debut soon)

What happened is sad, but what’s also sad that she’s spreading misinformation and isn’t clearing any of that up. “using my choreography for their song” girl which songs.. we are also waiting lmao. also the fact that she’s in her TikTok caption completely unfair towards illit as a group even though they themselves did nothing wrong… also people advising her to sue belieft is crazy, that judge will laugh in her face before anything happens
also, it’s not plagiarizing if they didn’t sell it as their own, ppl need to stop using terms like that without understanding what they mean

Plagiarizing, at least in the sense of the entertainment/dance world, is a little more complicated than that. Were they practically stealing someone else's work? Yes. Is that wrong? ABSOLUTELY YES! (And she absolutely deserves her credit. Choreographers in general deserve it more.) But does that make it plagiarism? Not really.
To simplify things, imagine if it was some kind of tiktok dance one of the illies danced in their video, and to avoid copyright issues BELIFT changes the background music and (forgets or deliberately) doesn't credit the original creator. Would that still be a bad thing to do? Yes of course, but no one would say it was plagiarism because it is not ever that serious. Belift never said they created it, or used it in one of illits (non-existent) songs, and they can't gain money from it.
Of course, I still understand why the creator is mad and I hope she can clear this up with Belift. But people advising her to sue Belift are definitely doing that in bad faith cus in no way is that working. It's like someone sueing someone else for not putting the "dc: @(blank)" in their caption. Because there ARE easier ways to fix the issue. It can and IS an easy fix, and I hope BELIFT changes it.

This wasn't plagiarism though...it was literally just a random practice video, it's not a song they are releasing nor did they say it was an original song or dance, they just posted themselves dancing and it's something done by other groups or people as well....the only thing they missed is crediting the choreographer in the description but I mean a lot of people post themselves dancing to some choreographies without putting any credits and it doesn't usually matter ...the group didn't even debut yet.....yes, they should have given credits to be safe, but it's also clear that the choreographer wanted to ride this wave and benefit from yh controversy.... let's not play dumb

Blissoo was formally created as a subsidiary of her brother's company, "Biomom" (which focuses on health nutrition products for children). But basically the subsidiary, Blissoo, will be Jisoo's company.

Dude, honestly the whole jiwoong situation is not as big as people are making it 😭😭 hate trucks and what not. The "fan" that posted the video shouldn't even be called a fan she's a well known anti between his fanclubs. She's been spreading hate towards him since crush era but she deletes her posts if they don't get much attention. So saying that he swore at a "fan" is crazy when she's clearly a anti. EVEN IF he did curse it was not towards a fan
He said he didn't swear & staff present confirm that, his company Lawyers are gathering digital forensic evidence against the anti to file police complaint asap... That anti sending the truck is NOT a zerose & does not speak for zeroses...

The thing I hate about plagiarism claims are the stupid kpop stans hating the group over it instead of sending criticism to the staff who didn't credit them or the company who chose to do it. Since she announced her new LABEL yesterday, her billboard posted in several countries, LA in US, Singapore Thailand as well as all channels designed for all fans in any country. Chinese fans complimented her that they can reach her easy without vpn.

I chose Garam as my bias when she was first introduced and the little I got from her made me like her a lot. I was really saddened when all the bullying stuff came around because the court of public opinion slammed down on her before anything was proven or disproven. Now that everything has blown over and lots of it has been disproven, I’d love to see Garam more. It sucks that her dreams were ruined and I want to support her in whatever venue she continues down. I find that idols are made to be these angelic figures that aren’t supposed to date, have sex, be rude, be absentminded, silly, or have any sort of flaws or imperfections. I can’t say I’m totally innocent in my life. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve made people feel bad and they’ve made me feel bad too. I’ve bullied and been bullied. But I wouldn’t destroy someone just because they’ve made such mistakes either. But then again, I’m not Korean. I don’t know how the bullying culture is over there but I will say k-dramas and big bully cases make it look way more violent than where I’m from. But they’re teenagers, teenagers fuck up and think they can do what they want in life and their brains aren’t in the right place sometimes and some bully people to make themselves feel better. Maybe I’m in the minority, but if I heard my bully ended up doing something in their lives that made them happy and successful, maybe I’d remember the shit they’ve done, but I would just hope they have changed and moved on like I have. I wouldn’t want their lives destroyed because they could have changed and grown as people. But I might be weird too lol

The forgetting about a member thing is sooo sensitive among carats... They've survived this long with 13 members and akgaes are shamed out of the fandom.... It's to the point that if you mistakenly breathe something akgae-like, you'll be cancelled so quick. I will never forget the moment i tweeted an old photo of SVT with a very OT13 comment, and somebody replied, "Can you at least check the photo?" For me it was Seventeen. I resisted for quite a while because I didn’t want to have to learn the names of a brand new group, especially one as large as Seventeen. Also, for some bizarre reason, I heard a rumor that there was a lot of in-fighting in the group, which now that I’m a fan of theirs is absolutely stupid. Never have i ever been a fan of a group that is more like a family. Anyway, unfortunately I did not hop onto the bandwagon until shortly before “be the sun”. Thankfully, I knew my own mind and bought a ticket for a concert that was going to be local to me one month after I started getting into the group. Somehow, I knew that I needed to buy that ticket, and that I was going to be a super fan by the time the concert rolled around. Lol.

ILL-IT really not having a great time 💀 it’s still early to tell but it’s concerning that Belift keeps doing this shit. Makes me recall a video about this being super common in Korea; I recall Martina and Simon when they used to be married and lived in Korea and took apart of the early Hallyu wave saying that Koreans tend to steal and plagiarize things for business endeavors bc of lax international copyright reasons I can’t recall the exact wording it was almost a decade ago when I watched this when I first got into K-pop and was learning. About the culture from them back then)

Considering their previous hate trains and failure to admit there’s something wrong with them inherently, they keep just attacking people with no evidence. International fans are typically more patient with the end result.
Lee sun-kyun isn’t kpop, but he was a beloved actor domestically and internationally. In the end, one false accusation cost him his life. And k-netizens have no regrets.

I feel bad for Jiwoong, I'm pretty active on korean websites and literally no one wants to give him even the benefit of the doubt that he was cussing out that fan and that he hates all his fans. Belift have been moving weird lately, but their stylist team is the BEST in all of hybe - and their Music is one of the best ever. So I’m not worried.
They need to get it together and credit creators tho, this is a new thing. Some of their in-house choreographers & performance directors left lately, so not sure what is going on.

Neither Kim garam or someone else in her friend groups were bullying anyone. They just cussed out the “accuser” for taking pictures of another friend changing and posting them online. The accuser transferred schools before the school’s disciplinary committee could punish her, but garam and her friend were only given detention (for their language that’s all). Nobody was the bully here. The accuser, after transferring, is said to have done something similar and had been punished there.
The accuser and her lawyers had lied and said that she transferred due to mental distress caused by garam’s bullying. They also lied about having any evidence. According to South Korean law, if you’re taking someone to court, you cannot post evidence online, otherwise it cannot be used in court. In the end, the accuser and her lawyers posted evidence that was HEAVILY edited, and went radio silent after. Garam and her school revealed that she was ultimately innocent. And those records are published.
Other than defending a friend, she’s done nothing wrong, morally or legally. Cussing out a classmate can be seen as wrong, but in the context, I don’t think it was inappropriate.

If their in-house staff is out of ideas or smth, either recruit new people, or PAY the individual creators you choose to 'reference'= everyone is happy.
