Hi, I was using Canon PowerShot SX50 HS A reasonable ultrazoom camera in that time, but quite old fashioned today. Still using it for basic family trips and some birding trips, but not that much anymore.
Hello Elmer, sorry I do not speak Spanish. I am not very familiar if American species and always seek help of other local birders and all available field guides (books). I doubt I will be able to help identify anything else than the most obvoius species you sure can do yourself using an appropriate book. But you can still send me the address of your gallery so I can have a look and probably help with some IDs. Best regards, Martin
Hi Martin, thanks for contact, I send my gallery and I hope your comments, thank you very much and happy new year 2014 ..! www.flickr.com/photos/elmercamargo. saludos
Elmer, thansk for sharing your gallery. Unfortunatelly I have a ceritifcation and have to prepare myself in upcoming weeks for the final exam. I hope to get back to your gallety later on. Thank you for your understanding.
It all depends on what you want to achieve. I was travelling with my colleague who was making photos and I took my compact ultra zoom camera and was shooting video. It gives much different experience to people viewing it. I think it is hard to do both. But for travelling I think small compact ultrazoom is more convenient. Don't expect to make profi photos on travelling.
This is beautifully done! Thank you.
Hi Martin, congratulations for your beautiful work.
10:06 not a ruby-throated hummingbird. I would assume white-bellied emerald
hi Martin! nice video, what camera or lense were you shooting with?
