How to make Sewa | ክልተ ዓይነት ኣሰራርሓ ስዋ

In todays video we are making traditional Eritrean/Ethiopian popular drink Sewa.
Ingredients:
1. Finger millet. ዳጉሻ
2. Roasted barley ዝተሓመሰ ስገም
3. Sprouted barley ቦቕሊ
4. Dates ተምሪ
5. Geso. ጌሶ
1st Sewa is made from Finger millet (1/2 cup), sprouted barley (2 table spoons) and dates (8 pieces)
2st Sewa is made from Finger millet (1 cup), roasted barley (1 cup), sprouted barley (3 table spoons) and Geso (1/2 cup)
