- Just arrived, the Lionel Legacy 2-6-0 steamers including two Strasburg models and MrMuffin's custom run Milwaukee versions. Plus, a boat load of Legacy ALCo FA-2's - including the AA pair, the powered B unit and the SuperBass sound unit. At the end of the video, MrMuffin has his pair of Rock Island FA's pulling a 47 car military train - not to be missed! #mrmuffinstrains #ogaugetrains #lioneltrains

The Southern Pacific models are painted in the Black widow paint scheme
When trainworld in Brooklyn had a great sale listed in classic toy train. If you bought a A-A set of diesel locomotive cab units you got the b unit for free. I bought a bunch of trains from an estate sale and the guy was really heavy passenger trains and was going to put scale couplers on all his passenger cars but he died before he could do it. When I get better I'm going to make a big train station so I can have dummy unit with passenger cars lined up behind them. Delaware and Hudson paint scheme is cool 😎. It is like an alternative version of the Santa Fe warbonnet paint scheme. I miss all of the beautiful paint schemes of the fallen flag railroads. They were so artistic and would make a diesel locomotive beautiful.

Very nice indeed! I love the little 2-6-0's perfect for a smaller railroad with tight curves. Now you have me eyeing those FA's, lol! Bill B.
I wish Lionel would use warm-colored led bulbs in their headlights. The bright white just doesn't look prototypical. I've resorted to applying a small dot of paint over the bulbs just to dim them and give them a more filament bulb-type look!
Why the packing foam left on engines?
Do the Halloween engines have the Halloween sounds ?

Real nice L&N. Suggest you start it up with and without a bass unit, to see the bass unit difference. Because the base unit costs almost what a powered a unit costs. Your runs are very much appreciated. Gary
