One suggestion. Push the boot door all the way up, for sometimes, the snow would really weigh heavy, thereby putting a lot of unnecessary pressure on the hydraulics that u'll have to soon replace for a new one.
You can do one thing is that u can bring boiling water filled in steel bottle nd then u can just put that ... Its not necessary that u poyyr that to every inch by the heat of boiling water more than half of ice will melt 😊
That particular vehicle has remote start and connected car tech. You can start the car remotely, start the air conditioning system and turn on the heater. It will get rid of the ice in minutes.
If you turn on you engine and then window heating then you do not have to scrape the windshields or door glasses. Remove the driver side snow only, get in start the car and turn on heater 5 minutes after starting the car… done. Rest of the snow will fall off while you are driving.

I don’t know why folks do it. I just turn the heat ON and let it sit for max 30 mins in extreme condition. No need of scratching it off manually
