Wow, the first impact of her voice looked like you were struck for real. And it did sound better this way round! What is it with these operatrained singers turning into Metal godesses? And now leaving New York to live in the home town of Sabaton?
@@darkiee69 lol, I know. It was more of a rhetorical statement. A couple of years ago I would never have thought that opera and Metal could be executed by the same person, and that's my bad. I'm late into exploring this music.
omg thankyou... I didn't expect to like this, bc I love the original so much xD but 4 months AFTER christmas... you made me discover this jewel :) thankyou!!!!
Absolutely brilliant, but did anyone else notice Tommy got the lyrics wrong he said "this years for you and me, instead of me and you". However it's Mr Tommy Johansson, the chosen one so we can excuse him on that and let it go. Kristin has a great voice too
Ultra political correct but for some reason the new (never ever heard a song) Pogues 'fans' love it. How brave they all are Shame on them. (nah not even shame, they really think this is fantastic; the George Orwell 1984- generation)

This was definitely one of the highlights of this Christmas calendar

Agree too. 👍😊

Agree!
This was absolutely incredible 😍🤩
A great duet 🥰
I love the version by The Pogues, but this is next level. Their voices work so well together.

Years and years of vocal training and complete control of their voices. She's got a pretty decent growl too, not Tatiana level, but good enough.

@@carinarodebak9419 I don't know if Tarja and Nightwish was the first to do it, but they became known for it. After that it grew.

You get alot of pop sounds from the microphone. You need a wool sock or keeping at least 5 inches distance.

The only exposure I’ve had the pogues is the Irish rover, dirty old town and Shane macgowan being on good rats by the Dropkick Murphys
If Tommy had used the original lyrics the video probably would of been removed due to the number of complaints
Are you ok if someone calls you the word that was removed?

@@theglanconer6463 All that text. All that misdirected projection. Seems like it would be the correct word to use then.
