DI cast on the Target of DBS as he is casting it should negate the mark from being applied in the original coded version of this raid. Usually ret pally can just just DI the first mark and take his ss back up. thats 1 less mark and slower power gain.
Interesting! If true that would definitely make this fight easier On a similar vein I wonder how the boss would interact when using mark against classes with abilities that remove them from the threat table. A rogue's vanish for example
@@shindigg672 hmm not sure. i know ice block doesnt remove it, could try vanish. we will be testing this out in PTR this week to check its viability. I guess we will confirm with PTR. Also just realised this comment went into the wrong boss fight video... pepega moment there for me.
There was a similar mechanic on Teron Gorefiend, where you could vanish or DI the cast to become a ghost, but on that fight, if you did so, he would simply recast it a few seconds later on another target. I would expect something similar on DBS, but it'd be worth testing.
