go to control panel> Appearance and Personalization > under file explorer options click on show hidden files then click on Show hidden files, folders, and drives or press Windows + r and type %appdata%

Im trying to change one that has a new image every tab, pretty much uses an album, but i dont think its as easy as changing the pics, any ideas?

Great video. Is there any way to change the opacity of the tabs so it displays the background image? Same with the bookmarks/searchbar background.

Good question. I don't think so since the values are rgb and not rgba for alpha but I'm not sure. Please report back if you find a way to do it!

Download Notepad++ and right click the .json file, then select "Edit with Notepad++"
Notepad++ is one of the most useful programs I've ever used for coding and it's free!

It's a hidden folder. Make sure you have show hidden folders turned on.

I figured it out, after you do the pack extension step and you get the .crx file. Instead of double clicking it, I just drag and dropped it into the extensions tab in chrome and it worked.
