After all Yoshikage Kira of all people is alt Jotaro (being Holy Joestar's son) in Jojolion so is not that far fetched.
@Cysco8575 he's Alt Kira, still. The Stand/Soul is the only factor in a True Alt. There's Narrative and Genetic alts, like how Gyro is a Narrative alt of Caesar and Will, or Gappy is kinda a Genetic Alt of Jotaro, but the only True ones are whoever we see having the same Stand, or potentially being affected by D4C's Menger Sponge effect but that's a little unclear.
@@cooldakota9695 It's really weird how that works, like how there are two Diego's, one without a stand (because Scary Monsters wasn't his stand to beging with) and the other having The World. We have Rohan with Heaven's Door in Jojolands and Kira with Killer Queen, all of them with almost the same abilities as the originals. But unlike Rohan and Diego, Yoshikage is the weird placed one. Although Josefumi is more of an alt Jotaro (being a Kujo but at the same time not a Joestar until he merged with Yoshikage) but there's no Star Platinum to be seen.
@Cysco8575 If the Menger Sponge Effect works off of souls, then SM Diego would've eventually awakened The World. If not, we can't say for sure what his actual Stand would be.
Ceaser with Soft & Wet is actually MORE logical than with Josuke 💀

Also why do I feel that part 3 of what if will involve in one of many things 1. the stardust crusaders surviving 2. Either member getting a new stage of being with their stand like the world act 2 or other stands that have another stage or a continuation to this being Caesar helping the stardust crusaders with his stand soft and wet in their journey

Yeah but you can only obtain stands from the virus or through bloodline, etc. So how did caesar get a stand?
There are about 5 ways to get a stand. One of them is to master an ability or skill to earn a stand
@ghareepmohamed8844 hamon (hermit purple), arrow, devil's keep, sm virus, bloodline
@ghareepmohamed8844 if you're a hamon master you can only get hermit purple or (non-canonically) passion
@ghareepmohamed8844 there was no way to get a stand in part 2 because the virus hasn't been developed or made into an arrow
