Philip wasn't necessarily mad at Paige. He was angry, frustrated, and depressed over the fact that something they stole on a previous mission wound up getting a bunch of Soviet sailors killed in addition to what he saw as an unnecessary amount of killings during their most recent missions; he was also upset by how little Elizabeth seemed to care about murdering all these people who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Up to that point, he had rationalized his actions as "keeping his family safe," and Paige at this time had no clue what kinds of things they were doing supposedly for her benefit, and the loss of the money combined with her disrespect sent him right over the edge. It was the straw that broke the camel's back for him.

Respecting a fictional character rather than your parents, that's fuxked up.
Who are themselves fictional characters
@benmech I know it's series, and it's fake, but experiencing and seeing it is much different.
