My 5 boss habits to achieving goals are : - visualize my best self, who I want to see myself being - writing down a plan to achieve my vision, making it the simplest as possible to have myself motivated to continue and raise the bar gradually - clearing my mind to focus only on what is most essential (meditate, deep breathing, smiling and feeling grateful) - stay inspired and watch / listen once a week to people who have achieved what I want - plan every single night and accomplish everything after my morning routine The key is to trust the flow, surrender, know what you want and achieve more each day. -

I've been waking up early since I saw your video and feel so productive and positive for doing so, however, I've stumbled into a bit of a funk. I'm still waking up early and getting my shizz done, but when it hits 6:30pm(ish) I CRASH badly and almost wherever I am I fall asleeo until around 9pm then go about with my evening routine and then I can't sleep until around 1am, just tossing and turning for around 2.5hous 😭 any advise would be much appreciated!

I am trying to focus really hard and save like 90% of my money. I've been doing it for a month or two and I am starting to get unmotivated because all I ever buy is gas and food but then I watched this and it made me want to keep saving, especially when you talked about buying a house. I'm really young and would like to move into a house as soon as possible or at least have something that I can use if I need it for my car or for college or something like that. Thanks for being the inspirational youtuber that helps me keep it together when I'm not self motivated.

Can you make a video about selfcontrol and mind control ? Because so often when i for example want to lose weight I start to focus to achieve this goal but then I fall back into this binge eating attack’s and that’s always such a vicious circle. I hate that
I work at a job where I have to work 7 days a week and I wake up around for every day because I have to drive down there and get there by 6:50 and I usually leave an hour early but I was wondering how would I fit a morning routine in the day like that when I really don't even feel like waking up

Thanks for this video! I also listened to advice from my family and friends went to college as my "plan b" and got so caught up in that plan that I forgot about my "plan a". Now it feels like I'm changing routes and it can be scary and confusing. It's great to hear someone be vocal about how making career changes is totally ok!
