Nice specimen. Like new. They aren't that hard to light if you do it right. No preheating necessary. Just don't be afraid to open the main valve. It needs to be at least 2 full turns when lighting to let the instant light feature do its job. I think you may have pumped it up too much. Most folks don't pump enough. But that flame shouldn't be jumping off the burner like that. On a full tank you shouldn't need more than 30 pumps. Near empty it can take 50.
