Words of wisdom, Jeremy! You hit it out of the park. My childhood was a living hell and it's taken me 46 years to try and figure it all out. I often hate being a Scorpio rising because to me it represents a life of pain and feeling all the hurt.
I am glad the video validated your life experiences ! I am sorry that many of those experiences have left so forum of hurt and pain. There is an old teaching in Astrology that the Soul Chooses it's rising sign to accomplish certain soul growth lessons. That no new soul is born a Scorpio Risers - these rising sign is for older souls who want the hardest lessons to grow spiritually the deepest. Weather this Astrology teaching is true or not - my you find wisdom not only to heal but to prosper in the days ahead my friend!

Oh wow. This is my story yes. I was criticized always. Bullied daily. Anything I do has to be a success or I won’t do it at all. So my expectations from others are high unfortunately.
Cannot stand wishy washy people. I thrive on a material level but my relationships suck. There is none.
Thanks for the insight. It at least make me feel like I was never alone in my experiences.
I was abused and bullied at school and at home.
Went to 11 different schools.
I was so gifted in art and literature but couldn't excel due to the fact my self esteem was constantly crushed.
I did everything backwards thinking pples opinions matter and they are important in my life.
If I valued myself more I know I would of been extremely successful.
All I can do Now is use my strength and spiritual connection to out dig myself and Rise again.

Shaming, and sexual shaming in particular can be a result of carrying that intense energy as children. This can lead to suppression sometimes...which can feel like your self is being denied.

I've been binge watching your videos as I'm going through a difficult time and these talks help me to understand myself better. My mind is in chaos and right now I'm using exercise to help uplift me, but lol, I can't workout 24/7. I can't even express the depths of gratitude for this video, even if it was three years ago. I was that kid too, misunderstood by my family because I was hyper-sensitive and had a depth of understanding that went beyond my years, bullied by classmates, low-self-esteem, abusive mother. All of which I'm in therapy for now (and my mom changed dramatically after she divorced my dad when I was 17 and became sweet and loving. Weird right? But it happened.) My negative mental loop used say all kinds of terrible things about me, but for the most part I have learned to embrace myself, love and accept myself (affirmations and tapping help.) I still get obsessed if someone tells me something I don't know the truth about, like people, and it drives me nuts until I find the truth...like right now. I'm also a Pisces Sun and Saturn, Venus and Chiron and very imaginative. I started writing at 14, which was a wonderful outlet for mental stress, sadness, etc. I'm in the middle of transitioning into a Thriver.
Add the inner critique of a Virgo sun and Scorpio rising. Gosh! I was bullied and abused in my home and at school. I moved so much I always was the new kid in class. Moon in Aquarius, Sun in the 11th house, makes sense that I moved so much and was a ward of the state living in a group home. Because of constant relocating, I have many friends and I make friends quite easily once I get pass my anxiety and paranoia that someone is out to get me....lol
You’ve had lot of life experiences to glean from. Higher Wisdom is hopeful the by product of personal pain. Thank you for sharing how your natal placements were playing out in your childhood. Moving lot with Aquarius ♒️ Moon is something I seen a lot with other clients.

Youngest child of 6 sent to boarding school age 10. Serious trauma ensued. Teachers didn’t like me . It created a social misfit of me and esteem-less
Sorry for the drama and trauma from boarding school. Scorpio Risers are born as outsiders that eventually bring true freedom to others from living through so much. I had a good childhood, I enjoyed my childhood, it wasn’t until Jr. High and High School that things started to go pear shaped and the perfectionism and self esteem issues began to take shape.

Yes we can be very high strung at times waiting for some type of trouble or unfair backlash coming out of nowhere. We have to calm our mind and spirit and be more gentle with ourselves. And not allow people’s to pull us into their wrap perceptions.
Im scorpio rising and scorpio moon in the first house and my venus is in cancer in the 8th house and my chiron is in cancer in the 8th house aswell. When i learned about this it explained so much being misunderstood, a outcast, being very emotional and intense and being more aware of a lot of family secrets and generational traumas. My brother on the other hand is mostly unaware of these psychological under currents at all hes a aries rising taurus moon and venus in virgo and chiron in leo. I'm mostly water energy and he is a lot of earth energy. Ppl often like him better and me and my pluto is also in scorpio almost in my first house aswell.

As a scorpio rising it is hard to navigate childhood at home & school. It is confusing why no one seem on your side also the Denial i felt is so real even until now i don't know if i can label what happened to me in school as bullying. Also growing up my parents were harsh when i make mistake, i used to be very afraid to make mistakes and blaming myself for everything.
living through this type of environment can cause scorpio rising children to internalize a message that the world is not a safe place and that something is wrong with them. That you are inherently flawed or bad. Thanks for sharing your life experiences with us 🙏
I feel this. Saturn (Rx) conjunct ASC, conjunct Mars, all in 1st house Scorpio.
You're spot on with the 3rd/4th house assessment. I often feel I'm my own worst enemy. I've been working to temper my harsh inner critic, especially in regard to my creative endeavors (writing, fine art, and music). It's slow, tedious work.

Yes! I'm a Scorpio rising, but also a Gemini sun. You would think I would feel right at home in Capricorn, nope! I usually feel like the world is against me. This video explains why that is and I'm thankful for that. Also it also explains why Aquarius is harsher than that middle ground.

What you said about theater is too damned true. My daughter is, like me, Scorpio asc. 2 years of musical theater and she was passed on repeatedly despite being the only one who could sing, dance, act, and read/play instrumental music. She was classically trained and passed over again and again. And she gave her all every time.

I know this is for vedic, but in western astrology I am a Scorpio Sun/Pluto/Rising and I 10000% relate to everything you just said. This all happened to me in my childhood and high school.
elizabeth I use all different forums of astrology The main thing to take away from the Scorpio Energy in this video is to be more loving and gentle towards your own thinking in your mind. All those unfair years - have built up a pretty unfair harshness with your expectations of yourself. I will continue to work on myself and take your advice :) .....I am my own worst enemy and am so harsh on myself and my thinking can go dark....my moon is also in the 8th house so maybe that also plays a role? I noticed as I've got older my energy when I walk into a room is very potent. I will have people opening up to me about deep things they normally wouldn't tell anyone or they are running in the other direction and want nothing to do with me!
elizabeth makes perfect sense in my opinion Scorpio rules 8th house the house of other “people’s secrets “. People naturally feel safe to share the darkest pains - it’s the house of the psychologists. People running the other direction unusually have secrets their afraid you’ll some how just figure out or their just not very deep type of souls.

There are many Scorpio Risers who can relate to the feelings of despair - specially after many year of dashed hopes and unfair treatments. Several years ago they ran a social media campaign to encourage young lgbt teens to hold on "Because it get's better"-

Try having a reserved Scorpio Ascendant and Moon exactly conjunct Saturn in the 3rd House. Small talk is just so hard and if I force myself, I just feel so fake and not communicating with depth. Good ole Saturn...
Kameron absolutely can understand this feeling with your placements. Scorpio Rising in general don’t like tons of small talk - even from friends sometimes - it can feel like an invasion of privacy, waste of time or worst being controlled. We don’t like be interrupted from what we are doing for mindless chatter. With Saturn Conjunct Moon in 3rd we have have amplified these feelings. Scorpio can talk in depth to someone if the conversation has meaning, purpose ect.... thanks for sharing your placements and watching my channel .

there is something encouraging, after 30 years things happen differently. I recognize myself in this secret of Scorpio, but I always find the most appropriate remedy that throws the discipline line and I thought the intention is proposed. What seems fearless is the energy without resonance and gives us Scorpio Risings , all those kinds of challenges at every step.
The Scorpio Energy is one that settles down more in middle age of life with handling the intensity of the ups and downs better with more relax wisdom. Fearlessness can be full of excitable energy that after many year operating from crisis to a crisis wears down the energetic body. Scorpio Rising with 3rd house in Capricorn but I have my 4th house in Pisces because of duplication in my 1st/12th house and 6th/7th cusp… I lack Leo and Aquarius in my houses 🏠 Pisces on the cusp of the 4th house.. As I got older many family dark secrets and hidden mysteries have been unfolding right infront of me and I’m still trying to handle it all

M.T. - What are you teaching? Saturn in the 3rd makes for some of the best teachers and communicators on the planet. Even if you never have thought about expressing yourself in written or verbally - I would encourage you too! Saturn makes a person an expert in whatever the house it is sitting in!

I would really love to win that book, I’m a Sagittarius sun moon and Scorpio rising, it is the hardest rising sign to have, I was bullied, I do attract jealous people even if they have more than me, my family life wasn’t the best, it got to the point where I cut everyone off and I’m trying to not allow myself to feel cus I’m deeply empathic. People always feel like they can control me, use me, break me, which I’m not allowing now.

I have a question, So when you look at "mental abuse" for other risings signs, do we still look at their 3rd and 4th or do we look at aquarius and saturn in their chart? which way would you go for the ones that are not scorpio risers?
Great question - there are all types of Abuses that can be seen in the chart - sexual, physical, emotional ect.... Abuse of any kind would be Pluto and Chiron aspects to inner planets. For mental abuse there can be harsh opposition to Mercury - like the Saturn or Pluto. Or harsher planets in the 6, 8, or 12th Houses.

You're using an unequal house system to create your natal chart. But Saturn in Aries in the 5th. house can have you blocking yourself when it comes to starting new creative projects or starting new romantic relationships. It can have you dating a Much older man who is very Aries like in temperament. This is just a little example of how it can play out in a natal chart.
