As much as I want to dive into this, for now I prefer the sound that I can do without a pc especially live. No, i am not a pro yet. I mean, I may sound better using this, but I want to play on a stage eventually and it will be very hassle to rely on pc/laptop, so hardware muna talaga, whether analog or digital. Kung ano man kasi magawa ko sa records gusto ko sa live din and vise versa. Intriguing talaga siya. I will be going this route definitely. Thanks for this.

Started out sa Amplitube 3-5 plugins (ganda pa rin and works perfect with certain guitars). Iba pa rin talaga Archetype Cory Wong for me, go to guitar plugin ko na with IRs haha
Another thing to mention din is that kung gusto niyo itry yung plugins nila, meron sila 14 day free trial for all plugins so pwede niyo muna itest out each one and then buy the one na mapupusuan niyo
One thing to note na yung recommended gain settings sa most interfaces is set to minimum(zero) to get the most out of the amps inside neural dsp. Sympre no need to follow kasi if it sound good then it sounds good but start with gain = 0 sa interface.
You can get the Plini x or the Gojira x in the quad cortex now. I have both free. I have both because I have a back up. Waiting for them to get the other plug ins to import.

I actually use this kind of setup sa live 😊 naka connect ako sa in house and gumagamit ako midi footswitch para mag change ng preset super convenient kasi imbis na pedalboard na pagkabigat-bigat, laptop and interface na lang dala ko which is convenient para sa commuter musician na tulad ko. And since naka backtrack kami ako na din nag ooperate super effective nya sa live

Started playing guitar nun 2019, i have no band gusto ko lng mag cover at mag record, sandamak mak n pedal un nabili ko pero di ko parin ma achieve un tone n gusto lalo n sa dirt, un tipong siakol piercing sound un dirt sound ko 😅, then by 2021 na discover ko un DAW na Reaper then nag improve un sound quality ko pero medyo bitin pa rin, dun ko n nadiscover un Bias FX2 at Neural dsp, after that di na ko bumalik sa pedal at amp set up.
Sir pax sana meron tutorial paano gumamit ng interface like focusrite planning to buy kasi at if walang interface may way paba mag record guitar using PC or laptop? at anong software yung pang beginner na meron na pong effects. sana mapansin! Godbless po!

Hmmmm. I’d still recommend Nolly. Maganda yung White Amp which is a Marshall. Morello is good, pero hindi friendly sa strat yung Marshall emulation for some reason. Too agressive.
okay, before throwing your pedals. Heres the thing, you need at least these expensive things. A really nice pick up, a high quality audio interface, a high powered cpu (so not to experience input delay), a DAW which you t o learn basically, and you have to buy these vst around 5k anyways, for me as bedroom producer. these minimal set up is heaven. rock n roll

Maganda yung White Amp which is a Marshall.
Morello is good, pero hindi friendly sa strat yung Marshall emulation for some reason. Too agressive.

okay, before throwing your pedals. Heres the thing, you need at least these expensive things. A really nice pick up, a high quality audio interface, a high powered cpu (so not to experience input delay), a DAW which you t o learn basically, and you have to buy these vst around 5k
anyways, for me as bedroom producer. these minimal set up is heaven. rock n roll

My only problem here is the price. An Amplitube 5 v2 cost me 99 dollars. Way less than any of the Archerype plugins.

Pax, could you please, PLEASE make a video on Noise? Your recordings are so pristine. Talk about pickups, shielding, ground hum, etc? Please. I would like to know your setup, i barely ever hear noise even on notes that sustain out.

Latency depends on your device, not the plugin.
