Today I'm going to show you ten alternative things to do in The City Of York :D The City of York is highly unique and it has so much history, and beauty. I found some things that are a bit less talked about to show you in this video, but I think they all should be shouted about because they're so great! (In my opinion.) I love independent businesses and York has plenty to be going at. Whether it's food and drink you're after, something special, or an experience, York has something for you. I was spoilt for choice when it came to making my list as there is just so much to do and see, but I tried to show you some interesting things that York has to offer. I hope you enjoy this video and if you are thinking of visiting York any time soon, I would highly recommend trying the things on my list as I had such a fantastic time :)

Gorgeous video; as usual your natural warmth and charm are everything. Forest is indeed lovely and their cocktails incredible. Also love Bath House just up the road; beautiful niche perfumery. Not sure if they classify as indie retailers but I believe so x

To add to your video:The ice-cream boat is not always there. Sometimes moored near the Millennium Bridge which is along the path (New Walk) that you were on, but away from the city centre.
Loved the video but please. Use a camera with stabilisation the constant movement is jarring.
I realised this! I've now got a camera with a gimbal to fix that problem...bit too late for this footage though lol
Thank you for this lovely video! I am interested in doing my Masters in York. I have watched almost every video, but I was kind of done with the history aspect. I was planning on going to York a month before the semester started and was planning on staying in a hostel. The pamphlet you showed has exactly that. So, thank you so much. You are very lovely.
