    Ingredients
    A :
    3 egg yolks (195 g total with shell)
    5 g vanilla extract
    1 ½ g salt
    65 g full cream milk
    35 g canola oil
    65 g cake flour
    15 g full cream milk powder
    1 ½ g baking powder
    B:
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp lemon juice
    85 g caster sugar
    C (topping):
    50 g non dairy whipping cream
    50 g lotus biscoff spread
    1 g vanilla extract
    Lotus biscoff crumbs
    Note:
    ✅ Square paper cupcake : 12 pcs (35gr / cup)
    Tools:
    ✅ Hand mixer
    Speed:
    1. Speed 5 ±15 seconds
    2. Speed 7 ± 2 minutes
    3. Speed 3 ±15 seconds
    ➡️ Oven 1 (33L):
    Temperature & time: 100℃ (35 minutes), 125℃ (5 minutes)
    Note: top and bottom heat without fan
    ➡️ Oven 2 (20L):
    Temperature & time: 100℃ (46 minutes), 130℃ (14 minutes)
    Note: top and bottom heat without fan

    5 gr vanilla extract
    1 ½ gr garam
    65 gr susu cair full cream
    35 gr minyak kanola
    65 gr terigu protein rendah
    15 gr susu bubuk full cream
    1 ½ gr baking powder
    B:
    3 btr putih telur
    1 sdt lemon juice
    85 gr gula kastor
    C (topping):
    50 gr non dairy whipping cream
    50 gr lotus biscoff spread
    1 gr vanilla extract
    Lotus biscoff crumbs
    Note:
    ✅ Paper cupcake persegi: 12 pcs (35gr / cup)

    ✅ Mixer tangan
    Kecepatan:
