THE POWER OF CREATIVITY

I truly believe that creativity is the closest thing that we have to magic. Through creativity we have the ability to evoke empathy, to heal, to process our human experience and to reach out and touch the hearts of others. When we create from our heart and that energy resonates with others, we form the deepest connections.
Moreover, I believe that creativity is powerful because it allows us to nourish ourselves on the deepest level - our souls. Soul nourishment comes from spending time doing things that fill you up, things that bring you closer to who you truly are and for me that will always be writing.
Regardless of your medium - whether this is painting, photography, writing, dancing, making music or baking bread. Creativity is within everything because it is the pulse of life.
