The moment between Sengoku & Remi was really cute ! I would like to see the encounter between Sengoku's father and Remi I'm pretty sure that sengoku's father would like her. About the first episode ,shu is really funny and overprotective with his sister, it's sweet.
At the beginning of this video, you mention how you're enjoying this season even more than the first season because you feel like you know these characters now and this season is showing more about them. This is why a lot of the manga readers were somewhat frustrated with the first season and especially how anime-only viewers were reacting to it (especially Remi). Now you're getting to see more of these characters that the manga readers already knew about them! ❤❤❤
The first season really gives you the big story going on here about Hori & Miyamura, but now we're getting to know each of the characters around them, and they all have their own stories too! 😍
Side note: The scene at the sleepover when Miyamura is saying how hot he is and Toru stops him from taking off his shirt. In the first season, Miyamura told Hori that he usually sleeps naked! 🤣

remi is cute asf probably my one of my top favs in horimiya
I know the relationships are usually the main focuses but i think this couple of episodes also show one of the strenghs of this series: the realistic teeneger friendships, male friends, female friends, all together mess whit each other, make fun of situations, help and give advise and in general have a good time goofing around, i usually hate teenegers groups in media becouse they are usually super mean to each others and in drama 24/7, but although i think teens can be dramatic, half of the time they are just little idiots having the time of their live with their friends.
I completely agree.... When I think back about my teenage years, I can remember so many times when we'd just be hanging out with friends doing regular stuff and just joking around & having fun. This is a so much more realistic a portrayal of life and friendship! ❤

i love how we basically get two characters with Iura. He is a completely different person at home then at school also he should have just minded his business and all of that could have been avoided lol, and Sengoku was making me mad neglecting to catch the hints Remi was throwing out lol. They are adorable as hell tho

It's definitely frustrating to watch how Sengoku is missing Remi's hints, but then I remember that I'm just as dumb and oblivious as Sengoku about that stuff too! 😜

I like how remi try her luck with sengoku, since he doesnt like to show stranger or even his friend about how he truly feel for remi. That kinda why we never saw him in season 1, because we were from hori perspective. He manage to do the hug in the middle of the street but the kiss was to much for him lol, indeed great moment truly feel him tho, not everyone is able to be open about their relationship in public

Nope, she wasnt trying to trick him. She even informed him that someone is coming over. If she really wanted to trick him she wouldnt have send him a text. She is a good little sister :)
Also Sengoku going on a date with Sakura wouldnt even be cheating cause Sakura said that she is going to marry both of them :)

So if Sengoku and Remi get together does that mean Iura and Yuki get together also Tooru and Sakura? It’s been awhile since I’ve read the manga but they never really explained what happened with them.
Tooru and Yuki end in a place where they're more than friends but not a couple yet. Sakura confesses to Tooru that she has feelings for him but she knows he doesn't feel that way about her. Also that he was a really nice guy to have a crush and she's glad it happened. Which makes sense because Tooru is low key one of the most well adjusted and emotionally mature characters in all of anime.
Iura is free spirited and has no love interest. Yuki and Toru are in more than friends less than lovers situation. Sakura got rejected by Toru indirectly but was shown in one chapter that she had great chemistry with Yanagin, the guy with poor eyesight. Maybe it was author's way to hint that something could happen between them in future but nothing confirmed
I know this is just fiction, and I do not know the author or their intentions at all. But this is a fairly realistic portrayal of high school life (in Japan), and relationships between people. Not all interactions between people end up in a relationship. Just because you like someone doesn't mean that they'll like you back. And if they don't like you back, that doesn't mean that you can't be friends with them. The manga doesn't wrap up everyone's stories and tell us what happens beyond.
