blondie bear it was on Reddit. He did not test environmental hazards. Damage from environment is damage to your ulties. Anyone with knock back can get ult incredibly fast with winstons and environmental hazards.

Plus in real world, at least with me, playing sombra I'm up in the face of enemies, best matching the test, before teleporting to a hacked pack.
theoretically, i think she should be able to get it instantly this way. it would take by far the most setup though

Guys if we're going to include knocking people off it makes a near 23 way draw as you could rapidly melee people of the edge back to back. Unless it's only Pharah specifically that gets charge for knocking people off which I'm still unsure about.

Just letting you know, there is a clip by DMBrandon, when in a competitive game as Symmetra, he got his Ult in the first 3 seconds of the match by perfectly timing and prefiring his orbs exactly right. It was on the Temple of Anubis, on defense obviously.
Sombra is the fastest because if a teammate picks up a hacked health pack she gets insane charge lol. Pls redo maybe?

if you hack 2 big ones while shooting the hogs she'd prob get it the fastest
so many people are saying this but it won't make her the fastest, it will change it but not so significantly.
Her ult charge meter is only 1200, 2 big health pack = 500 ult charge
Lucio wasn't damaging to his full potential as he wasn't getting Crits on the bastions

I think when dva in pilot form(out of mech), when ulting she can still shoot people to charge the "call the mech". So this puts me in a question, if you do take your mech back before your ult explodes and your self distruct gets kills while you are in mech, you can get your ult back?! and if yes, THAT'S the fastest way to get ult.

That's not an ult, but a reload. And it's not instant, you have to wait for the mech to explode first.

Honestly I don't think Lúcio's ult should count since it can't be regenerated, so let's do the math. Symmetra's shield projector adds 75hp and stacks. with five Symmetras, you get 375 added health. Pile this onto a primal rage Winston and you get 1375 health, or pile it onto a Roadhog and you get 975 health passively. (This also puts Tracer or tiny D.Va at 525 health, and Zarya at a maximum of 575 heath in pure shields, and Zenyatta's health bar becoming 91% shields)

You could probably get it to 5 secs for reaper if you knew how to skip the animation and make him reload quicker.
It doesn't actually make things quicker, it's just psychosomatic.
RageGamingVideos it does increase it by about .3 seconds. you can cancel it extremely early and results in more dps if the melee hits

If you damage boost a ulting pharah as mercy, she gets her res in 3 seconds.

Genji always seems to be the one that makes the most interesting situations :o
Then again these are quite impractical requiring perfect positioning from your enemies... "can you guys stand on a perfect line that my shirikens will hit 3 of you in the head with each swipe?" XD

As a junkrat main I was pretty hyped to see him so high up the board, I always knew he charged his alt quick but not that quick

How to counter the sound delay from the word "Go": Announce the mark at 2:40 (or whatever is closer to what you currently have) on the in-game timer. Assuming lag works relatively the same for everyone on the same game, there's less room for lag from one user through the game to another, and only relying from the game to each user at the same time.

his E can one-shot squishies if its targeted on the floor right before them, so that makes it at least one of the most damaging abilities in the game.
my first guess was junkrat. I was playing in a match on hanamura attack where the enemies were spawn killing us as soon as the game started and junkrat just kept doing collective damage since we were all clustered in the spawn room. he then used his ultimate within a minute of game time and killed 4 of us while still in the spawn room.

So, quick tip, if sombra hacks a health pack and a teammate picks it up she DOES also get ult charge, since you can potentially have 3 packs hacked simultaneously, i wonder how much faster does that make her.

McReam's flashbang does matter, it's not overly noticable, but it does work.
The reason genji gets let charge from the fire strike and not the mcree left click is that the more gun is a hit register style weapon which means that the shot has no projectile and instead makes the hit occur instantly when the mouse is pressed, in this all genii does is treat it like the more had shot there and the damage was instead allocated to a friendly target .
The reinhardt flamstrike on the other hand is treated as a projectile and as the genji defects it , he makes it a friendly flamesrtike like could come from a reinhardt on his team, in this way the code of the game makes the genji responsible for the projectile that it has to track meaning he is considered eligible for ult but mcree's gun isn't as the damage is instantly transferred
A sombra in my team once dropped her ulti 4 or 5 times on a point, because i fought a Reaper on a hacked big healthpack as Winston xD
This fight took basically forever and the Sombra had like 25k healing in the end :D

I'm so happy I was right about Symmetra being one of the fastest. It's so funny how she can just melt through people to get her ult. up.
Sorry if this has already been said, but Sombra can charge her ult by healing teammates or herself with a hacked healthpack. So if you get all your teammates real low then have them all jump on a healthpack while you headshot an enemy, it could charge MUCH faster.
I want to see him redo some of these, cuz there's heroes that were added after this upload, the Mercy rework, Symmetra rework, Dva's rework, and Hanzo's rework
To sombra- you forgot, that she gets charge by healing via hacked health packs. Keep it in mind :D

This video was really fun, but if your sombra you have 5 teammates constantly heal up from your health packs, sombra could cut a lot of time, IN the dream hack tournament a sombra hacked a health black went it and dies, and the time he was alive, he had his ultimate back up
If sombra hacked 5 200 health packs with 5 continuously damaged hogs standing on those health packs, while sombra is continually head shotting 5 enemy hogs. She would have a chance of winning.
i once got instant ult with zarya, getting two ults in one play of the game. i put the graviton against a wall over a hole, and as soon as it ended, i got a quad environmental kill as they all fell in, instantly giving me another ult

For Mercy, I'm pretty sure that damage boosting an incredibly high damage alt (e.g Phara's) whilst they're damaging the other team would make Mercy get her ult a lot faster than if she used her pistol.

With Sombra you could hack 6 healthpacks and everyone on her team including her can use the healthpack simultaneously and she shoots at the same time ;)
The most fun ability? I like using symmetras turrets and sleep dart and roadhod hook more than wintons ult,sombra's ult,bastion ult and roadhog ult
