Another Fab episode, thank you. Hilarious, Annie winning back scratcher in lucky dip 😅 Hilda is going to be disappointed when finds out bracelet belongs to Annie. Elsie's scenes stands out, whether with Annie, Dennis, Len or at the end with Ena. Albert's comment about WW1 re Elsie & Ena, rings true. Elsie is my fave and Pat doesn't disappoint here.
@kaiserwilhelmi6405 I certainly am , thank you. Faves so far are those with Alan & Elsie at the fore : 6th July 70, New Years Eve 69 & last night, 1st Dec 69 ❤️
The remark at the beginning about Churchill by Ena Sharples...he died 24th Jan 1965. A day before this transmission so they must've filmed it the day before and slotted it in.
Saw “ Peter England” on the the boxes that Emily was putting away, they were popular shirts, and I used to work in one of the factories where they were made, but I was only 4yrs old in ‘65!! 😂😂
Annies face when she won the back scratcher, priceless 😂

One of the advantages of not filming too far in advance.
Wonderful again, thank you!

Wonderful. Thank you
Brilliant
I remember the days when people used to donkey stone their steps. Or red raddle them too
Why is Hilda washing the front door step? The rain will do that for less toil and for free 🤣
any unseen from 1975?
have you 4 june 1962
