एक बार फ़िर आपने हमें पुरानी मीठी यादों के समंदर में गोते लगाने को मजबूर कर दिया... हमारे पिताजी के पास जावा थी । अक्सर वो हमें घुमाने ले जाते थे। हम टंकी से सटकर बैठते थे और अपने दोनों हाथों को टंकी पर टिका लेते थे। ये उनदिनों की बात है जब फूटरेस्ट तक भी पैर नहीं पहुँचते थे। जब शाम को पिताजी दफ्तर से वापस घर लौटते थे तो दूर से ही साइलेंसर की आवाज़ आ जाया करती थी। इतनी कम उम्र में भी तमाम जावाओं में से पिताजी की जावा की आवाज़ को पहचान लिया करते थे और किताब कॉपी खोलकर बैठ जाते थे। हा हा हा...। हमारा गाड़ी चलाने का बहुत मन करता था मगर हम तो छोटे बच्चे थे....तो हम घर के बरामदे में खड़ी जावा की सीट पर बैठ जाते थे और एक्सीलरेटर को घुमा घुमाकर अपने मुंह से साइलेंसर से निकलने वाली आवाज़ की नक़ल किया करते थे । कुछ समय बाद न जाने क्या हुआ, जावा चली गयी और स्कूटर आ गयी। स्कूटर में हमें ज़रा भी रुचि न थी। वक़्त बीतता गया....जावा 'yezdi' बन गयी और हम बच्चे से जवान हो गये। हमारे जिगरी दोस्त ने yezdi लिया उसको हमने खूब चलाया, खूब मज़े किये उसपे। बचपन में जो जावा न चला पाने की कसक मन में थी, उसे जवानी में yezdi ने पूरा किया। हमारा वो yezdi वाला दोस्त yezdi से रोज़ शाम को हमारे घर आता, फिर हमलोग घूमने निकल जाते। सामने के घर की एक लड़की से उसकी मोहब्बत हो गयी। जब भी दोस्त हमारे घर आये, साइलेंसर की आवाज़ सुनकर वो लड़की भी बालकनी में आ जाती थी। यूँ तो गाड़ी की आवाज़ दूर से पहचान में आ जाती थी, मगर फिरभी लड़की न दिखायी पड़े तो दोस्त 2- 3 बार रेस दे दिया करता था और लड़की आ जाती थी। धीरे धीरे मोहब्बत आगे बढ़ी और वो दोनों बाहर मिलने लगे। कुछ दिनों में लड़की के भाइयों को पता चला और उसके भाईयो ने हमारे दोस्त को रोक लिया। कुछ ही देर में हमलोगों ने आव देखा न ताव उसके भाइयों को उन्ही के घर में घुस कर मारा। किसी का सर फोड़ा तो किसी का मुंह। बाद में मोहल्लेवालों की पंचायत बैठी जिसमे हमको कहा गया कि अब तुम्हारा दोस्त न आये मोहल्ले में। हमने साफ़ इनकार कर दिया। फिर ये तय हुआ कि ............. "अच्छा तुम्हारा दोस्त आये मगर साइलेंसर की आवाज़ न आये क्योंकि मेरी बेहेन उसकी आवाज़ सुनकर बेताब हो जाती है"। इसपर बात तय हुई और फिर साइलेंसर थोड़ा शांत रखा गया। आज ये वीडियो देखकर हम पुरानी मीठी यादों में खो गये, सोचा कि वो यादगार लम्हे आपसे भी बांटे। बार बार आप हमें समय में पीछे धकेल देते हैं। बहुत शानदार वीडियो। धन्यवाद! संजय, प्रयागराज (U.P.)

You are right ,Jawa is the best looking motorcycle in India till today. Its cables are cleverly covered .It's engine is neat looking and most important thing is that it can be easily repaired. I owned one 1971 Jawa . Still I cannot forget it's riding.I used to go for long distance journey.

I also had IDEAL JAWA 1974 MODEL, Papa bought it when I was in 5th standard, It was second hand bike, Due to some spares and mechanics problems we sold it in 2012. I have started to ride my JAWA from 8th standard I mean from 1988 to 2006. I still love JAWA. And I miss that bike.
पुरानी यादें ताजा हो गई। मैंने आज करीब ४० साल पहले बुलेट मोटरसाइकिल से अपने दोस्त के साथ सफर में था। मेरे गाड़ी का speed करीब 65,70 था और अचानक दो लोग जवा(YAZDI) मोटरसाइकिल से हमें ओवरटेक करके चले गए। मुझे लगा कि कहां बुलेट और कहां YAZDI और मैं उनको पिछा किया लेकिन मैं उनको ओवरटेक नहीं कर सका जबकि मैं ११० तक speed में गाड़ी चलाया था। इसके मुख्य कारण YAZDI का pick up बुलेट से ज्यादा क्यूं की YAZDI में डबल साइलेंसर है बुलेट में नहीं है जबकि बुलेट ३.५० और YAZDI 2.50CC गाड़ी है।

I had one jawa motorcycle which I enjoyed much during my early days.For long journey,this Jawa bike is still best .It's engine is simple and easily repairable.Its maximum cables ,wires and other parts are covered very intelligently which it gives a very good looks. This motorcycle can carry three people easily.I think this is the best looking bike in the World.
Yep , jawa 250 is one hellova bike . The feel of a jawa is much better than the classic and RoadKing , I still have a 1979 RoadKing and in mint condition too . 🙏

I had yezdi classic and CL II both were real toughies ...I had sold yezdi classic in 2004 than for long I kept CL II but as the bikes became extinct after most of bikes weren't seen on Indian roads except those belonging to passionate lovers of yezdis. The problem was parts were getting stolen from the parking hence I had to sell the last one I had ...it was emotional moment of my life that till today whenever I see yezdi i feel lost and regret selling my lifetime soul.

You are the very first guy who know the actual thing about motorcycles. Great work. My father had ideal jawa when he was younger, he loves pulsar nowadays and owned Indian chief twin cylinder , triumph and Ariel as well. But he always says that he never found any bike better than jawa ever. Ironically he hates royal Enfield the most which i own now, even the newer classic 350 failed to impress him.

Very impressive and powerful motorcycle. It's gear system is unique. Carburetor is hidden. Such feathers are not found in any motorcycle. Very much like it.
What a brilliant video!! How I wish the video never ended. I must appreciate that it's not an easy task to compile historical data in an absolute chronological order. My dad owned an Yezdi and I have some really fond memories of the bike, especially the soul stirring sound of the exhaust. I wish you all the best for future videos.

I had yezdi classic and CL II both were real toughies ...I had sold yezdi classic in 2004 than for long I kept CL II but as the bikes became extinct after most of bikes weren't seen on Indian roads except those belonging to passionate lovers of yezdis. The problem was parts were getting stolen from the parking hence I had to sell the last one I had ...it was emotional moment of my life that till today whenever I see yezdi i feel lost and regret selling my lifetime soul.

Ruladiya bhai sahab. Purane yaaden taze hogaye. Once upon a time we had Jawa 250 type 354 and yezdi classic2 both in my family. Still Serching but due to strict traffic rules and most important no paper clearance all most this type vintage bikes, make me very confused. My father had ideal jawa when he was younger, he loves pulsar nowadays and owned Indian chief twin cylinder , triumph and Ariel as well. But he always says that he never found any bike better than jawa ever.
Ironically he hates royal Enfield the most which i own now, even the newer classic 350 failed to impress him.

Very impressive and powerful motorcycle. It's gear system is unique. Carburetor is hidden. Such feathers are not found in any motorcycle. Very much like it.
