i love this song because it has that melody that feels like it could accompany the deep sea, but at the same time, it has those heavenly windy and airy sounds. oh to be stuck in a little pocket dimention, where only i existed. so endless, yet only a small room. a bright sky blue hue, clouds everywhere. to feel underwater in the deep sea, but yet so high in the sky, beyond this world, but not in space. i want to feel light and airy, so ethereal.
Decided to write something resembling a poem -- enjoy The cloudy plateau ------------------------------ The whole structure; it wavered in the wind It seemed so far away; Distant I stepped further, my feet feeling they were going nowhere Despite the effort The air around me cooled; the sun seeming to be blocked by the looming structure So vast, yet so weightless I faltered under the enormity Of the massless structure My eyes grazing the heavens Tears protecting me From the blinding light Figures of distinct shape loom above me They seem to wave at me I wave back
this gives me a feeling of a fading memory. A calm feeling followed by melancholy and ending with an inquisitive and mysterious tone. Like, what even happened? Why did it happen? But it doesn't bother you enough to make you anxious or worried. It's just a lingering question that you feel okay not knowing the answer to. Though it's a little sad. This is how this song makes me feel.
I don't know why, but this song feels like knowing you did something terrible and that you'll never be able to make it right. (But coming into terms with it anyway, because what else is there to do?)
