I totally agree with you and everything you said. I just bought two reborns from two different artists and neither one acknowledged my purchase . Nor did I even receive a thank you card with either baby. These artists need serious lessons in communication and appreciation because without us buyers, they have no business. A little respect goes a long way and it costs nothing.
Yes you are absolutely right! I was so excited the whole time. I nested for her and was super invested. Then she send me 6 emails with lies on the shipping dates. I hope to get back into her.

Hi Marisol I hate when you get strung along why not tell the truth I have experienced this situation and it’s no fun because as you say we get very invested excited for the arrival of the doll and this kind of behaviour leaves a really bitter taste…..I’d be inclined to say there is no customer service…..wow she is beautiful see what you mean about her armpit I really hope the baby wins you over and you can build a bond with have a fab weekend love and hugs ❤❤❤

I am the same way! Absolutely hate liars and thieves. This baby is beautiful, as you say. Love the way her hands are. I have one silicon, and actually prefer vinyl. I've heard of "partial silicons" that may be easier to handle. My silicon doll is constant in need of powdering (or bathing) because he gets oily within 15 minutes. Maybe a way of sealing my doll, but must do research first. Have a great time with your new baby, Adeline!
