Analysis: How much will the UK's new £500m military aid package help Ukraine?

- Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced a £500m military aid package to Ukraine in its war against Russia alongside the UK's largest provision of munitions so far.
Some 400 vehicles, 60 boats, 1,600 strike and air defence missiles, and four million rounds of ammunition are included in the package.
Defence and security analyst Professor Michael Clarke has more.

Ukraine never possessed a nuclear arsenal - the nuclear arsenal belonged to the USSR and was controlled by Moscow. Missiles with nuclear warheads were also in Kazakhstan, the Baltic States, Central Asia and the Caucasian republics! The USA and the British insisted that the Russian Federation collect its arsenal because the others did not have the knowledge and the ability to maintain it and were afraid that it would fall into terrorist organizations! Ukraine could not even build a cartridge factory in 30 years.
