    Gday Mate I agree! They are also breathable with their patented cotton acrylic, alien space material mix. There are also fire retardant ones too. The only thing I get abit sh!tty about is that over time they tend to “pill” up. I use them for Skating, fishing, camping, working, playing rock n roll, and cutting Sick, I’m filming a”Documentary” series on Flyfishing and And the Australian Bush, in the day it can get quite hot and the UV index is hectic, so the weave of this shirt and thickness but breathable helps too not get roasted, I nearly died from skin cancer so this is a added plus for long hours, this tight weave also stops our famous “March Flies” like horse flies but bigger, they sting then itch big time, but they can’t get through with it, and I had an Alpine Funnel we’d spider, which can make you super sick or Die, it didn’t bite through it either. Also then at night when it can get pretty cold in the mountains you can wear the shirt around the fire too. They also don’t seem too get as “Smelly” As quick as other Flannos which is cool, because if we are shooting a scene over multiple days, I need to keep the same shirt on, so that a plus too as my rank BO won’t kill my poor little best mate and Co Star my Jack Russell, Dr WAtson, it also helps too not offend the catering lady haha. Also little bonuses as a built in micro fibre sunglass cleaning cloth, button down colour so wen I ride my bike or I’m fishing in hectic wind, it’s not flapping in my face getting tangled in my beard. The buttons are also super tough and thick, sewn on with tough as thread, the stitching in the hems, sides, shoulder and arms are unrippable, the Hulk would have a sh!t times trying too rip through the DIXXON shirts haha. Also I keep a couple just for “going out” ones.? So yeah the only downside, and it’s only a cosmetic one is that the fabric sometimes pulls, after many uses and heaps of washes. I’m Australia these are about $80. So that is pretty exxcy, but they do last a long time. Anyway great shirts and video mate. Cheers from Australia

    I haven't seen flannel clothes here in the UK for years now and I love it. I find it wonderful to sleep on as it doesn't aggravate my skin condition so all my sheets are flannel but they are hard to get now. I enjoyed watching and you did a brilliant review on a great product Beardo. Take care my friend, Mary-Ellen LFOD

    140 pounds and you normally wear size L but your Dixxon flannel is a size small. I’m 190 and wear size L and I’m 5 10, but I ordered Dixxon flannels size M. I hope mine fit me.

    I know nothing about beards such & stuff. My husband retires in 17 days. said first thing he's doing " I'm letting my beard grow". What I want to know is? zippers, buttons, snaps,clips, collars vs yr beard? Catching, pulling, what's easy or not? Preferences? or Is it the product used ?

    • @beardosd
      @beardosd  5 років тому

      I've only caught my beard in a zipper a couple times. If he wants to be happy with his beard he should definitely use beard products. I have a few videos showing what I use

    I love traditional red and black plaid flannels... I sadly don't own any anymore.. I'm a 2x so... What is my size??

    • @beardosd
      @beardosd  5 років тому

      I'd say try a xl, it also depends on how you like your fit. You can also try emailing them and ask what they suggest and find out about there exchange policy.

    Made in the USA? I know a LOT of "USA" flannel companies actually get their fabric from Canada(which is ok by me) or Asia...which is not.

    • @beardosd
      @beardosd  5 років тому

      Not made in USA I believe but great quality nonetheless

    What...no bacon? Very cool shirts, though, Nate. In my closet, bacon is regarded as a badge of honor among the other thrift shop 3X dead guy $2 shirts and it's a requirement to get into my T-shirt drawer, evidently. ;-))
