Danny Maccabee (Adam Sandler) meets the girl of his dreams (Brooklyn Decker) but has to enlist his loyal assistant Katherine (Jennifer Aniston) to pretend to be his soon-to-be ex-wife in order to cover up a careless lie. When more lies backfire, Katherine's kids become involved, and everyone heads off to Hawaii for a ridiculous, out-of-control weekend that tests the limits of how far we'll go for love.

Yeah it's better than Sandlers recent movies! But one issue I always had was Palmer! Girl sleeps with a guy she barely knows yet acts like he owed her something and than jumps at a chance to meet his" wife and kids" and starts to make custody plans whilst she's at it!

I feel like this movie isn't given the credit that it deserves for being one of his best films. I thought it was funny, but I can understand how humour is subjective. Other than the humour (or lack thereof, your opinion), I found this movie just entertaining/heart warming.

this movie is a proof that sometimes great actors are just not enough for a movie, I just now heard of this movie and watched it just because of Adam and Jennifer who I really love and sure enough, they both were great as usual but this movie sucks! it was a big waste of 2 hours of my Friday.. what's interesting is that in some ways it's a lot like "blended", another movie with Adam Sandler that was released only 3 years later and yet, there's no compression, "blended" is much much much by far in any way better

Yes, it is, especially the chemistry between Adam and Jennifer. I don't know why so many people hate on Adam's movies; this is probably my 3rd favorite, behind "50 First Dates" and "Chuck and Larry".

See this movie! I promise you won't be disappointed. Ya it's a typical cliche romantic comedy were the end is so predictable, but it's still really fun to watch and it made me laugh so many times, and the chemistry between Anniston and Sandler is so good.

I never wanna see this at first because I find the ending predictable. But I saw it anyway and found it funny and entertaining. At the end it turns out I was just jealous of seeing Adam Sandler hanging out with someone like Brooklyn Decker. I'm 20 and I'm still single. I wish I hung out with chicks like Brooklyn. I just realized while rewatching this movie…
He could’ve easily salvaged it all when she found the ring by saying he wears a wedding ring at parties to prevent women from hitting on him or getting the wrong ideas - then he could’ve said but he felt a connection with her so she’s an exception.
But then u wouldn't have this movie
