this song reminds me how much i miss my father who passed 5yrs. ago...we didn't communicate that often due to him being a vietnam veteran who went thru some heavy killing due to that fucked up war. it messed with his thoughts but when i used to crash i ran to my mother cause me and dad didn't talk much but my dad did the best. thanks dad and a big hug to my mother for being there too..and thanks usher for keeping my spirit alive with this song my friend.

I could teach you but I don't have the time to post videos. However, all you really have to do is find the time you can do it in your own home. Watch several of the moves Usher does and practice them. There are lots of tutorials on youtube as well. But anyways, just make the time out of your schedule and just do it. I was doing the dance choreography in the video for the past three days and adding my own "taste" to it. I have body mirrors where I can actually watch myself do the choreography and "edit". Love to dance.
