Very welcome, I'm glad it was of some help to you. 👍
It's unfortunate that some mechanics are not what the claim to be, you should hold them responsible if they assembled components incorrectly. Hopefully you can remedy this dilemma.
      Cheers

Thanks the great step by step video .
I just bought myself the last year carbureted R6. It has 12k miles but it won't start , it cranks but won't turn over. No history of the bike, got it from an auction. What could be the problems? Thanks in advance

      Probably carb clogged

      @progeminidesigns  2 роки тому

Yes as MrMister said it could very well be a clogged Carburetor.
However I'm sure there is lots of possibilities, maybe fuel pump, fuel filter, Carburetor issues, electrical issues. It's hard to say.
I'd do my research as to common problems for your bike and if no results.
Have a professional diagnose it. 👍

Where do the coolant lines come from or go on both sides of the carburetors?

Sorry youtube wasn't sending notifications for comments.
The Coolant lines attach directly to the bottom of the Carburetor.
There is a black hose with 2 fittings one on each side where the hoses can be slipped on.
Those lines I believe go directly to the radiator where they are attached on the right hand side of the motorcycle.

$4,999 dealership in Denver selling one. 4.7k miles. Is it worth it?

The Miles on the bike are relatively low.
I'm pretty sure high mileage for street bikes is considered between 20,000-30,000 miles.
However $5,000 USD is pretty high in my opinion for a bike that is 24 years old.
I paid $1,500 Canadian dollars for this one and probably only put a couple hundred dollars into it so far.
