Woa, so you have a lot to look up about Feryquitous/An. Since there is a lot of music like that. And there are many more like Sakuzyo, but you will discover them on your own. I'm glad you liked it.
When I was listening another song, I saw a comment said: " If you like this song, you should check Feryquitous - Fervidex". And you know, that guy was right.
Edit: I have listen a few song of Feryquitous and I realized there's problem, no lyrics. I want to understand what his/her sing but because of my limited listening skill, I can't understand. Though, it still good even I can't understand.
It’s not your listening skill. Most of fery and An’s vocal songs use coined words for lyrics.

But then, why does Konami has rights on this?
Some compositions, although they belong to certain albums, have reserved use rights purchased by companies such as Konami. This track is in beatmania IIDX legally, and depending on the contract Konami has certain rights.
Is this track exclusive to physical purchase? I don't see this track in my bandcamp collection
