    Thanks for giving useful and beautiful tips. My mother who lived for 88 years used to follow the same methods while cooking. Ayurvedic method of leading healthy life is the best in the world.

    Great 👍, very nice method of teaching the importance of Ayurvedic traditions of cooking. I belong to a South Indian bhramin family and don’t use garlic ( strictly) & onions ( rarely) . I mostly use poppy seeds & almond for making gravies. As u mention not to use this two veggies daily, plz can I know the real reason to avoid ?
    I loved ur way of explanation. Want to learn more from you. Thank u 🙏🏻

    Thanks Malvika ji. Can curd be heated while cooking? I heard according to ayurveda curd should not be heated. Please explain. Thank you.

      No it shouldn’t be heated . Add water and then use it. Watch my viruddha aaahr video 1 and 2 on this channel

    I like everything but who has the time to cook one hour twice a day? I work and have a toddler, how am I supposed to do that?

      You can do anything you set your mind to. Believe in you and your abilities. If you want to make it work you can. Maybe start small and work your way up over time. Ask yourself; How important is this to me? weigh out the pros and cons of your goal. Best to you in your ventures. Peace Love Life Freedom

    I have pittal kadai but these days finding a kalai person is very difficult. Any advice is really appreciated. I stay in Mumbai

      Sowmya shetty we need to bring back this tradition. Kalai ppl are less but may be you can ask the utensils shopkeeper for details.

    Hello Dr. I have seen almost all video conference of satulan on saam tv. And feeling so happy to have such conversation platform to talk with you. Thank you for your valuable time. I have doubt dr. that dr. Balaji Tambe once on saam tv said" The Curd should have animal bacterial culture not Vanaspatijanya culture" then How can we make curd at home because people usually put some drop of lemon or sour thing to make curd. Please guide us. Thank you Dr.

      Vikas Sonawane thanks for your kind words.
      Yes we need animal origin bacteria for making curd. It’s called virjan in marathi and jaman in Hindi. You need to procure that traditional culture of curd from some family or traditional dairy.
      Curd made with lemon is not real curd.

    Hello tai..pl make the detail video on brass vessals. About its kalai and washing guidelines. And pls tell us for which kind of recipe the kalai is required and for which recipe it is not. Like you prepared ghee in brass vessal which was not having kalai. Can we prepare ghee in iron kadhai?
