I use Portrait Pro, that does all and more promised by Skylum. Will Barcelona be competitive on price and features? Bug free? Subscription free? Buy, sight unseen, even with a discount? Some assurances needed

How to add signature on multiple photos.. batch edit?
Or how to copy these steps to another picture without doing it manually all steps?
The application doesn't have an automatic feature for this, but there are some tutorials around allowing you to add watermark using presets.
It would be a good idea to fix all the bugs in Luminar Neo and integrate missing functions before devoting oneself to new and other projects. The same customer-unfriendly behavior every year. Ok, it took exactly two years this time.

You're absolutely right Max. In the old Skylum manner, they are opening up new construction sites instead of finishing the old ones first. Slowly but surely, you can really lose the fun of products from Sklyum. Even as a Luminar user from the very beginning, I'm now increasingly reaching for Adobe Lightroom Classic or DxO Photolab 7 again, that stuff is simply much more mature.
So I won't be watching the drama surrounding Luminar Neo and the bugs and missing basic functions for much longer.
Why didn't Skylun herself speak out about Aperty?
Why use this rather than Neo?
It depends on what type of photography you work with. This application will be focusing only on portrait photography.

Seems most of the new Barcelona App features are already in NEO, is Skylum just taking a section out of NEO to make more money ??

Good question, but at this moment we have no information about the plans and prices of this application.
Probably and probably another when the iPhone app of neo comes out. 🤦
Very disappointed! This should have been a new tool in Luminar Neo. As a long time subscriber to Skylum software I sure hope this is not what the future holds.
this is already available in Neo except for that make-up thing.
Agree with this - disappointed to see them spin off features into another product rather than continuing to update Luminar Neo. Still need to wait for more info for final judgement but this comes off as a cash grab right now.
