I respect Mark saying he doesn't want kids, because it's not easy saying it aloud especially when you come from a family with lots of kids.
It's not as hard as it used to be to say it,
atleast now there isn't this auto assumption that if you don't want kids means you must hate them.
I used to get that constantly it's a weird guilt trip given saying I hate a thing won't make me have kids,
it'll just make me say hypothetically if i did hate kids it's good i don't want them lol
But I never hated kids lol

We adopted our daughter at birth and she is now 8 and the best thing to ever happen to us!!! She and I love love love you all!!!!

Your guinea pig story, lol, it happened to me with bunnies. The max we had 32. They are all on a farm now.
Had a kitten farm. My ex roommate had her make cat and she was suppose to watch her friends two females for a week while her friend moved apartments. Her friend never took them back. So 3 litters of babies later we had 15 kittens 2 mamas and 1 daddy.
Our neighbor upstairs called management about the smell. They told us to find homes, surrender them and get smell out within a week or they'd start the eviction process.
She was able to find homes or surrender all but her male cat and one of the male kittens. Who went to my parents house while we got everything cleaned and whatnot.
Also found out she never paid her pet deposit for her cat. My parents wouldn't let her take her cat back until she did, also management would be notified if she tried to take him and bring him back.
My parents ended up keeping the male kitten. They aren't sure because they had a new puppy at the time and an older dog. I went with them to surrender him to the shelter on my bday and they happened to be closed that day and they decided to keep him!
Honda (kitten's name) and Olive the puppy grew up together. Honda passed at 10.5 years and Olive at 11.6 years. They were besties and partners in crime! I had always wanted a kitty.
He was suppose to go with me when I moved a few hours away for school but they wanted a outrageous amount for a pet deposit and the thought of separating him and his Olive wasn't a good idea. So my parents kept him but we joked he was my kid who lived with his grandparents and whatnot.
Also Honda and my dad were besties he would cuddle with him all day if he could!
I miss those two so much they showed that dogs and cats can get along and live in peace! Lol
I take it as a blessing in disguise that my ex roommate did all this and I got to know and love one of the sweetest kitties ever who lived, even though he lived at his grandparents house lol

i adopted in 2020. my girlie has autism. i wish our adoption was live in court but it was virtual... AND the judge called me by her bio mothers name. it was quite the experience! I admire you

I love you guys are a loving a adoption family! My heart is broken for a little boy who was 10 years old, and he died after being in his foster home near where we live. So I would hope more because would adopt or foster only if they have good intentions for the children!

Luke really has good taste in music! System of a Down and Slipknot has some good tracks. Luke you should try Deftones. They got some good tracks like Digital Bath, My Own Summer...and most of their songs from the Album "White Pony" is good! It is Nu Metal though so not for everyone ;)
And i'll say this again! I really think Luke, Alex and Jake should do a reaction channel where they watch and react to popular series or even movies! Together they will be hilarious. You could even guest feature Aaron and the other kids on reaction vids of shows they like.

Crystal, I really appreciate how real you are about the adoption process being long and hard. It's also very emotional. I knew at 16 that I couldn't have biological children, so I always planned to foster and eventually adopt. There are so many children who need a good family, so I think why bring more children into the world when there were already children in need.
