The house with the infinity pool and no fence felt the most like you guys. And if the lack of fence is the only problem, it's a relatively easy one to fix.

Stop with the fence! You can always put in a fenced area for the dogs! And your kids are mostly grown so you won't need a huge backyard when they can go right into the desert!
They may have to have a fence to keep their foster license active
I agree. Your kids are mostly grown. Alex will probably move out soon and it probably won’t be too long before the next three move out.
It isn’t required in Arizona for foster families. However, since they do sometimes take in kids with special needs a fence is often a must. Especially if they like to run.
Always remember going in that you can paint the rooms, add your own fence, remodel rooms to fit your closet needs, not every house is going to be move in ready, those are just small cosmetic things that can be fixed easily.

The kitchen in the first house was probably a kosher kitchen. Some Jewish families have 2 stoves and 2 fridges to keep certain foods from touching like meat and dairy.
I personally wouldnt move if I owned a house like yours. I really love the house you ALL are currently staying in. I do wish you all the BEST !!! I hope you find what fits your family !!!
The set up of your current house is perfect with such a large family. The kitchen and living room are epic.
That is what I said too. The open concept lets you enjoy and keep an eye on your family all at the same time. I do not like choppy rooms.

It’s to gray and empty feeling. I feel like they would fit a house like the not enough Nelson’s house. That feels like a home. I truly hope they can find one:)
@@elle7203in their current house the city declined them to build a condo ( for Jamie) above the garage. Another reason is they don’t like the HOA fees and strict rules ( only four cars are allowed in front of the house) . They are also unhappy about school district
Your present house is much better than the one you looked at.
Careful of carpet in bathrooms because usually there hiding something like bad flooring or damage
I agree and the germs would be terrible.
And they cover the damage and create more in the form of mold

After installing floor coverings for 3+ years, I wouldn’t even have a bath mat in a bathroom.

House number 3 is amazing.. you can always add a fence in the back yard. It just looks like it could fit you and your family so well. I wish I could live there haha ❤
Haven't seen House 5 but had to come in here quick cz house 4 is GORGEOUS! No fence is a fixable issue. That hallway, the bedrooms, how it had everything you guys liked in the previous houses, the ceiling, theater, character; everything is so nice!
IMO your current home is awesome and it will be tough to find a better/nicer home
well the style of the current house i really hate. its way too uber modern looking, super gray and has no character to it all. however the way the current house is set up it definitely works for their family the best than these ones so yea you're right

It is too gray but they could obviously switch a lot of things out and re do things the same way they would re do a new house
The mountain one is amazing! I think the fence could be an easy fix. And it looks like there is a lot of room for Jamie to have her own area someday.
The infinity pool house is beautiful and a great use of space and feels really homey. A fence is an easy fix
I absolutely love you showing the houses you guys are looking at. Put up a clear glass wall fence along that infinity pool and you would be set.
Definitely no HOA's. You have a fluid family that embraces growth and change and renovating for the current and future situations. I don't believe HOA's tend to encourage that.
I know what you mean. Houses in Arizona are expensive for what you get. I have to agree with Aaron and Savanna on their choices. You want to walk into a house and say, "this is the one". Don't settle for anything less. You can always rent a house until you find the one house that suits your needs. Remember, many of your children will be leaving the nest in three to four years.
I agree. Three of your kids are graduating and Alex will be moving out when he saves enough money.
By that time though they will have more kids in high school. Crystal and Aaron really don't like the high school and don't want Logan, Liam and Rylan (then Brody or Arwen) to go there.
not necessarily people don't always move out at 18 nowadays it's very hard to do so

The first house has a lot of antique furniture. Its cool. Personally probably wouldnt live there, but its cool to see

The house with the infinity pool was amazing and really looked like your family could have fun in it. The room with the two small hid spaces was so nice and who ever shares that run they can both have there own independent gaming space, or play area. And the room with the attic weird room space could be turned in to a nice teen hang out, gym.
I really hope you guys find the hope right for you guys though, and I hope its perfect.

When my mom bought her condo, it was wall to wall carpet except for 1 room. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath with laundry in the unit. The only room not carpeted was the laundry room. Yes, the kitchen and both bathrooms had carpet. They now have no carpets.

#3 !!! Don't hesitate to ask your agent to only show you houses without an HOA. It makes it difficult to fall in love with a house but to be under similar circumstances you are in now and don't want. Tennessee is a beautiful state, most of my family is from there. Take Grandma and Grandpa John with you and the crazy middles can visit and would make great vacations for everyone! But Tennessee can have cold winters, just saying if you're not used to it.

your house is modern, sleek and spacious. The last two houses are really beautiful. The one with the infinity pool and gorgeous view is no.1. A fence can always be erected, cause thats a minor. The last house is very country homely feeling, the love could be felt in the kitchen, the detail in their garden and overall speels out that this family are not commercial, modern, more homebound, self preservers.
Yes the last 2 houses are my fave.

House #3 for me. Put in an electric pet fence. The house aesthetic just seemed to be the most like you guys for me. And the casita would be great for Jamie. Good luck on finding your 10/10 home.

Funny how we all feel things from our own perspective. For me, if I look at the amount of things to do to refresh the house n°3 vs the pristine state of the mountain house inside and outside (with only a fence to build), that's a no brainer. In the last house, we could hear the cars on the road when Aaron was speaking (and that's a big no no for me).
The one with infinity pool is everything your family needs just one word "beautiful".

in house 1 idk if its just me but its giving a hunted house vibe,the garden is nice , kitchen is nice and the spice drawer is amazing and aloooot but agreat storage place tbh cuz it can be used for other stuff, it just keep getting better!!! house 3 is sooo nice! its matches your family vibe and fence can be installed ...,ok this is confusing..h4 is amazing inside but not the outside...

You would absolutely love Tennessee. The best move we have ever made. My daughter is thriving out here compared to California. U need to look at East Tennessee. We r close to the Smokey Mountains and it’s heaven here
I have never been to Tennessee before I’m sure it’s beautiful near the Smokey Mountains. I feel wherever there are mountains you are guaranteed to se beautiful scenery.
We live at the base of the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. Lived here all my life. Love it so much.

House #3 is STUNNING, high ceilings made it look so much more spacious and the view is amazing , living in that house would definitely make you appreciate life and the air you breathe. Also the lighting is good for filming.

I went to Tennessee to look at tiny houses. Planned on three day trip back to Texas. Stayed in Tennessee, been here 3 years and still have not moved my things. It is gorgeous here
the fenceless one with the infinity pool is amazing
but the one right after with the fruit looks super homey, plus the outdoor kitchen is a nice bonus

The home has beautiful bones but I foresee a lot of remodeling in your future if you buy this home. The placement of the windows and all the natural lighting is incredible!!! I’m not sure what your budget is but I’ve been looking on Zillow and saw the home built for the penzoil heir. It would need work but it is large enough for your family and the grounds look like a retreat. I immediately thought of you guys when I saw it. If it’s not too far you guys should set up a viewing and record it for us.
