This is a nice little Warm-up exercise I use every day. It will help you get a steady airflow, fuller sound, improve your intonation, and feel your lips great before starting with your daily exercises.
    Tips:
    1. Take a slow and deep breath (4 beats). Be always prepared.
    2. Remember to think forward! Take each line as one whole thing and try not to break the airstream. Immagine your air as a constant river current.
    3. Use less pressure on the lips by holding the mouthpiece with two fingers (Stamp example)
Mouthpiece buzzing can be very beneficial if you are persistent. If you play this (or other same warm-up exercises) every day your lip muscles and body will remember (muscle memory) and wake up the same way each day. Your lips and body will be prepared for longer playing.
    4. Stay focused and you will get results
Don't be chaotic when you practice! Longer practice sessions won't help if you are not focused on what you are doing. You can play an hour, an hour and a half and this could be enough for the day if you stay concentrated.

I'm planning on resetting my embouchure, using this simple flexibility buzzing routine to help me progress with the correct embouchure (Lips used to be high, now I'm trying to play with my lips well within the mouthpiece)

Be careful with resetting! This is very hard to do. If something works for you don't change it. If the current position is making you problems then you can try. But I know from many people that they were not able to play good after they reset. I hope it would be different in your case. There are many examples of players who have a "non standard" embouchure position but they play fantastic.

I've been playing trumpet for a month and I can only play 3 notes lol how can I improve my buzzing?

Hi Olivia! Start with single long tones with the mouthpiece. Try to keep stedy airflow and hold the tone as long as you can. It takes time. Dont be discouraged. Remember the air is very important. Pay attantion to your lips not to be dry. They would vibrate harder if so. Make some air exercises. Inhale slowly and deep. Exhale slowly and try to project the airflow. Put your hand infront to feel the air. Good luck and have fun!

But natural buzzing (oscilating of lips) is only with longer pipe
