Somehow, despite the character being named Blues in japan, his Shop theme from Mega Man 10 is the only thing that is actually blues, so I just decided to take it a step further, hope you enjoy!

He's called Blues, because the genre of music inspired Rock and Roll music, and his design was used as a reference to build his siblings, Rock and Roll
