I grew up with Greg, Sam, Murray, Jeff, and ofc Anthony so while Emma wasn’t my generation, I know she left a huge impact ESPECIALLY on young girls. As a little girl, it would have been cool to have a female wiggle, so I’m glad the younger ones did, and soon will again. While I’m not that old, it still is definitely a different time. Anthony looks so different now omg!
He said he's never gotten tired of entertaining children and wants to do it as long as he's able to, but I have heard that he's still keeping an eye out for a protégée to take his place when he does decide to retire and that Evie, the second yellow wiggle is a possible candidate.
@@_Bezerk I'm not sure how often Anthony sees Greg, Murray, and Jeff outside of his work with the Wiggles but I'm sure they try to at least keep in touch as often as they can. Murray has a band that he plays with so that probably keeps him busy to a degree, Greg left a nice birthday post for Anthony on his Instagram last week. They still do Wiggles reunion shows together from time to time, they did a few last year and they did the reunion show for the bushfire aid back in 2020 which became well known because Greg collapsed at the end of the show and went into a sudden cardiac arrest.

I really can't believe Emma is leaving. She was a HUGE I mean HUGE part of not only my childhood but others too. I remember always sitting in front of the television singing with her to the "Bow song," "Do the propeller" and so much more. When I first saw her come on the show after Greg left, I absolutely fell in love! I would say to my mom "Record the episode with emma singing please!" It's just so crazy to think a piece of my childhood is disappearing. I absolutely wish Emma the best in all that she does in the future. I know it won't be the same with her, but she will always have a place in all of our hearts. I'm tearing up just typing this. I just went and looked up Tsehay, apparently she’s 16! Which is three years younger than Greg was when the Wiggles released their first album. So impressed. Best of luck to both of them.
I was impressed that she broke Greg's record too. I read an article about it, and Greg told the interviewer that he was happy to pass the record over to Tsehay and she should hold it with pride.
not me, a 33 year old man, getting emotional because my 7 year old daughter starting taking dance class when she was 2 because she wanted to be like Emma.
I'm glad I'm not the only one mate. I'm a 42 year old man and I get much more emotional than I should over the Wiggles and Emma. Not just the memories for my daughter and myself over the years but the fact that Emma is an absolute diamond of a human being. I can't really explain it but I legit love her and what she does, it's like her soul shines out of her. In a world of ugliness, corruption and filth - she is a ray of sunshine and I don't even care if that sounds lame or corny!!😂 Nothing but support for whatever she does in the future. Hope your daughter is still loving the dancing - mine is!🙂👍
This is so sad, because while babysitting back early in 2000 all the kids used to watch the wiggles, and left I great impression. Now 20 years later while just starting to babysit my 1 year old niece, I play the wiggles hot potato and she love it, but yet she love the new crew and of course Emma in rock a bye your bear. And my 8 year old niece loves the fact that Emma is a ballerina, a singer and a drummer, such a wonderful lady.

I started watching the Wiggles when I was 3 (I was born in 2007). My grandma had a lot of the discs with the original Wiggles. I've never seen the newer Wiggles, probably because I mean, I'm 14. But, the Wiggles is probably one of the MANY reasons I just love anything music related (I love singing, dancing (even though, I can't dance), and now, I've been playing a flute for 3 years in my school band).
I Love Emma she was lovely but, poor Sam never got this type of nice farewell message from the wiggles his contracted ended and that was that, i watch their interviews at the time of sams departure not once did they wish Sam all the best, I love the wiggles but, its sad the way Sam was treated, unless they said something behind the scenes, I don't know but, from the interviews they seem like they did not care and he did alot of covering for Greg when Greg couldn't go on stage at the last minute, and Sam was there for a long time even before he was a yellow wiggle. So a shout out to Sam who did not get any recognition for his time on the wiggles, and i watch Sam wiggle had to say his own goodbye to the kids by himself on a youtube video no other wiggles their so sad, good luck to Emma as she is a lovely person
